"I usually give a restaurant one chance, especially when it's not busy, and today was that day for me. With only 6 to 8 tables occupied, I expected better service. First, it took at least 30 minutes for our coffee, water, and other drinks to arrive. After placing our breakfast order, it felt like an eternity before the food finally came, and when it did, it was cold. To make matters worse, we weren't given utensils with our meal; we had to wait over five minutes just to get some plastic forks. Two tables that were seated before us ended up giving up after waiting an hour for their food and left. Overall, we spent two and a half hours on a breakfast that was overpriced and cold. I won't be coming back!"
