"Our server was exceptional, but the hostess initially tried to seat us at a table in the back, even though there were several tables available at the front. When we requested to be moved to a front table, she informed us that they were reserved. We pointed out that we also had a reservation, and eventually, she relocated us to a two-top table, despite only two tables being occupied at that point. We asked for a four-top instead, hoping for a bit more space, but she again claimed those tables were reserved. Throughout our meal, none of the tables we had requested were used. This lack of consideration is why I rated the experience four stars instead of five. A little bit of common sense could have gone a long way in making the customer happy."
