"Valentines Day Experience: I took my wife here for Valentines Day 2021. Reservation system was excellent and tables were socially distanced. Lee was our waiter and he did an excellent job accommodating us. My wife is pregnant, but Mezza Luna was able to help us out by making a mocktail version of a special cocktail for my wife in addition to substituting a side out for one she was craving. Food was excellent too! Recommend the Beef Cheek Ragout and the crab cake! Portions were generous and we even tackled an excellent dessert menu (tiramisu and creme brule). Can't wait for their next location to come back to as repeat customers."

I've overestimated a lot here, but for the quality of eating it was perfect. everything was delicious, with complex and complementary aromen and spot on the season. the service was also great, friendly and attentive, and the food was delivered on time. View menu

Appetizers and dessert were delicious. The special of the red snapper was good, the bolognese left a lot to be desired. Service was average, had to wait for a refill of water, but the wine and cocktails were extremely good. All in all a nice Italian place, just over priced.

they are temporarily closed, but still reservations on open table! they would have had the courtesy to inform open table so that people don't use time to make reservations and drive all the way there to find a dark and empty space. and I have tried to call but it has just cleaned, not even a message that they were temporarily closed.

Nice atmosphere good quality food, small menu but all entrees I have had have been on point. Wife had a filet tonight that was outstanding, cooked and seasoned very well. I had the Redfish special, fish was not as fresh as it could have been but the it was cooked very well and the side of black rice was a perfect compliment. Am going to quit ordering fish in Huntsville. Will definitely be going back again View menu

We had the pleasure of having our son’s graduation luncheon at Mezza Luna and I am very impressed with the restaurant!! The food is scrumptious and the atmosphere is very relaxing. One of our guests said the Bolognese sauce was the best she had ever had!! You need to know she’s very hard to please with foods that have several spices. The Tomato Salad exceeded my expectation. Thank y’all for letting us have the luncheon there!!

the latest menu is fantastic. 2 years ago it was not here because of a less than stellar visit. I came to lunch and had the kalbs, lasagna the suppe de jour, muskeln and one of their fantastic martinis and topped it with the homemade tiramisu and a coffee. everything was delicious and well presented. tina the hostess and out server chris rooks excellent carefree though they handle the entire space. I don't have to rehearse the dinner menu, but from what I saw, I'll be back. beautiful italian with a picturesque terrace and large staff.
