"We decided to try this restaurant because it offers a longer-than-usual gluten-free menu. However, I would recommend that the owners work on enhancing the flavors of their dishes. For instance, we ordered gluten-free shrimp, which turned out to be quite bland and unappetizing. Additionally, the quality control from the kitchen needs to be improved. For example, the cold queso dip and chips should have been avoided; not only were we out of chips, but the waitstaff also seemed unaware of the issue. It took 20 minutes for our starter to arrive, and to make matters worse, we ended up with two identical salads on our table even though we only ordered one. The salads were also missing several ingredients that the other had. While we see some potential in the restaurant, it seems that the bar area is currently prioritized over the dining experience."
