"As I was planning everything from out of state, I was grateful for the assistance from Ryan and Nancy, who made the process straightforward and stress-free. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating in the lead-up to the event. They provided a price quote months in advance, and the final bill matched, so there were no unexpected costs. They worked closely with me to fulfill all my requests, allowed me to store supplies ahead of time, and even let us in early on the day of the event to set up. After the celebration, they called to ensure I was satisfied, which I really appreciated.
The events manager, Jenn (I believe), along with her team of servers, made sure everything went smoothly. They checked in regularly, addressing any last-minute needs and adjusting as necessary. They even allowed us to extend our time a bit because of a late start, which was very considerate. Unfortunately, a tropical storm affected some guests, but the staff ensured that I could take home the meals I had paid for, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
My mom had a wonderful time, and I felt incredibly supported by the team. I couldn’t have imagined a better experience. Oh, and the food was amazing! They serve the best chicken pasta alfredo I’ve ever had, and I’ll be ordering that every time I visit.
