"Some other reviewers have mentioned the presence of young and inexperienced waitstaff (which has included my own kids, family members, and friends at times). I want to commend the owner and managers for their efforts to make the most of the current staffing shortages by hiring and training local young people. If you come with patience, kindness, and understanding, you'll witness a young and energetic team working hard to provide you with a wonderful experience, all while developing valuable skills that could help this struggling industry in the future. This is definitely a spot worth checking out! It’s also very kid-friendly, with an outdoor lawn perfect for children to run around. "I went with a friend to participate in the Vegan Week menu. The service was courteous and attentive. The food, both our appetizer and the main course, was slow to arrive. We SO appreciate Alivia 's participation in Vegan Week and hope that they will continue the tradition, as well as add more options to their regular menu. My main complaint was the lack of warm dishes. In January, warm, comforting dishes would have been more fitting. The lasagna was a raw dish, more of a salad than an entree, and they ran out of the potatoes 'au gratin ', one of the few warm dishes on the menu. The charcuterie was mainly raw eggplant, perhaps it was intended to be marinated, but was not. The fingerling tacos were delicious, warm, hearty and flavorful. All in all, we had a pleasant evening and enjoyed the food."

"Usually, the food is great and well-packaged, but that wasn't the case tonight. I'm not sure what I received for fries, but they certainly weren't bacon cheese fries. They were burnt to a crisp, with just a single piece of bacon on top. Everything was put in burger boxes, and it created quite a mess."

"A group of friends and I were looking to have a fun, stress free evening. This was not the case from the moment we showed up to the place. The security was very rude and searched us multiple times without valid reason over other groups. The alcohol service, condition of equipment and cleanliness of the facility was also bad. The bathrooms were dirty and badly stocked, the rooms were wet with sticky floors and our room only had 1/2 good microphones. After chatting with other patrons a lot of other equipment was broken as well.What really got us is after we paid for our round of drinks, waited over 40 minutes to have them made, our server comes back and says the bartenders staff did not believe we purchased them and were refusing to make them when we had receipts. The only thing that saved this place from 1 star, since zero was not an option, was serene (our server). She checked on us frequently, assisted us in navigating the karaoke screen, and convinced the bartenders staff to give us more shots free of charge due to long wait.We were charged ridiculous prices for the service we received and will not be returning in the future."
