"The food was amazing, and the waiter we got seemed new to the establishment, but not new to the profession. I went with my partner, and we ordered the pork weinerschnitzel w/soup (italian wedding), traditional eggs benedict, 3 apple ciders, 2 waters, a hot chocolate, and a german chocolate cake. All the food we received was good. Emphasis on recieved. Granted, we did get most of our meal. The only things we were missing were the soup and our waters. It was a simple oversight, but we were still charged for it. We were there for comforting food as my partners mother had passed the night prior, and we definitely got it. Didn't want to start any conflict about a bowl of soup at the time, but it would've been nice to have (especially because I had never have italian wedding soup, and it sounds really good). I'm not looking for a refund or anything, just more attentive service. "I am marking down 2 stars as their prices do not match the menu. Side of carne asada for build your own stacker is $5.99 on menu, but charged $6.99, side of avocado $1.99, but server said it was $3.99. Then on receipt stacker showed $18.98, but menu $17.99. When I asked server said it included tax, yet tax was also charged at the bottom of the receipt, plus a 4% noon cash fee. Normally I probably wouldn't have noticed, but since what I originally ordered was $6.99+$5.99+$1.99 for a build your own stacker, I was shocked at the $18.98+$6.99 on my receipt.The server was nice, but she and I apparently were not on the same page with ordering. I asked for a build your own stacker with carne asada, sour cream, avocado, and sliced jalapenos. Somehow she thought I wanted the chicken enchilada stacker with chilaquiles. Because we've never been here, I had no clue what it looked like. When the food came I didn't see the carne asada in it nor the jalapenos. I asked the server if this was the carne asada and she said no, but would bring it. Because the meat had been left off, that made me look at the bill. I also asked why there was a side of chili's when I asked for sliced jalapenos, so she said she would remove them and took the plate.What I did eat was mainly chips and sauce with a side of asada and it tasted ok.My husband ordered a Verde Chicken Enchilada, which was good, but he was still hungry after eating. Seated near the server area, the way they stacked clean dishes was pretty loud and he told me it hurt his ears.Music was good, restaurant has plenty of seating and was clean.The server, Maria, was nice and apologetic for the miscommunication. I was expecting to pay $15.99 or so for my meal, but couldn't just pay $18.98+$6.99. I asked to speak to a manager, but the manager was on a phone call meeting with the owners. Maria just took off the $6.99 and I sucked up the rest.We were really looking forward to this place, but probably won't return. If we do, it will probably be at a different location, as I don't think they should be charging more than what is listed on the menu."

"I am giving this restaurant 2 stars because of the poor customer service. Today was my first time dining at this place with a friend, and we were disappointed by the lack of attention to our orders. I ordered a clam chowder soup, horchata water, and a chicken breast with pistachios and broccoli. My friend ordered carne asada fries, a Nutella shake, and a sandwich. However, the waitress returned to inform us that they were out of ice and could not make the shake my friend wanted. Then, she told me they were out of clam chowder soup and offered no suitable alternatives. Frustrated, we decided to cancel our order when she informed my friend they were also out of carne asada. We only paid for our drinks and left separately. When I paid for my drink with a $20 bill for a $4.49 purchase, the waitress only gave me $15 back instead of the $15.09 change. When I asked for the rest of my change, she said they had no change available. This lack of menu items and proper change reflects poorly on the restaurant's management and customer service."

"Bubba's is a BBQ restaurant in Jackson Hole that opens early for breakfast and then changes over to their classic BBQ food around lunch food. The food here is great, especially breakfast. Portion sizes are huge, prices are great and the flavors are there. Chicken fried steak is pretty delicious, and you can get a biscuit with gravy as a side (highly recommended). The staff here is incredibly friendly as well with good recommendations. There's a good amount of seating inside, including a bar top for smaller parties. Parking outside is a bit limited but there's a bunch of street parking too."

"Bubba's is a delicious option for BBQ in Cody! Every time I go to Bubba's I know exactly what I want, and so does my sister, and my parents... And we all have different usual's... their menu is great, because it's one of those where its description accurately fits its product... if it says it's cinnamon roll takes a whole plate, they aren't lying. My favorites are and of their Smoked Turkey Options (Omelettes, Sandwich, Plates) or Their Salad Bar, which is the best salad bar in town! The prices are very fair! There is a reason why this restaurant usually has people waiting out the door, because they don't take reservations, and they make darn good food!"

"I visited this place on the two occasions that I found myself craving sushi and too lazy to drive out of the neighborhood. The sushi here is pretty good and they are willing to make special rolls for you that aren't on their menu. BUT, don't waste your time on the frozen yogurt! Like several other reviewers, I also got food poisoning! Each of these food service areas are separate spaces, so different folks serving each. That said, the lady who serves the yogurt is clearly too lazy to properly clean those machines at night. If you try the yogurt, have a toilet nearby!"

"I'll start by saying that this might have just been an off day for the restaurant. However, I've never encountered such tasteless and poorly seasoned food. The okra was indescribably bad, and the mac and cheese was simply horrible. I ended up giving the mac and cheese and okra to my pet rats, which says a lot. As for the half chicken? You’re better off buying one from Costco. In fact, I attempted to eat the chicken but found it unappetizing. I plan to remove the flavorless and burnt skin, de-bone it, and give it to my dogs instead, as it doesn't seem suitable for human consumption. Dietary advice: If you enjoy good food, it's best to avoid this place."

"Perhaps if you dine in, this type of incident won't occur. However, when ordering takeout, it's crucial to ensure that the food is fresh. I purchased several portions for takeout, and this wasn't my first experience with them. When I got home, I heated one of the portions and ate it. I have a one-month-old baby who is breastfeeding, and both of us ended up getting food poisoning from the stale food. It seems like it had been sitting around for 3 to 4 days after it was prepared. I walked in at noon, placed my order without issue, and then the older gentleman behind the counter came out to confirm my order twice after 30 minutes. He told me to wait just five more minutes. Just a heads up, the Charles Village location is currently only offering pickup and delivery within a certain radius with a $6 minimum order. They are not accepting in-person orders at the moment, so make sure to order ahead. I deducted a star because I was not aware of this policy and ended up showing up in person. However, the small staff was quick to fulfill my order once I placed it on my phone. The two cookies I tried were warm, perfectly thick, and sweet without being too soft. As a lover of firm, crunchy cookies like Blue Chips Ahoy and Famous Amos/Oreo, I thoroughly enjoyed the Vegan Birthday Cake cookie and the Double Chocolate Chunk cookie. Although a bit on the pricier side, they were definitely worth it. I would recommend this place and will definitely be returning. I am quite picky when it comes to cookies, and these exceeded my expectations, especially since it has been several years since my last visit."

"I visited this restaurant last night after skiing. The staff here is extremely friendly and welcoming to all customers. They offer a wide variety of toppings for their frozen yogurt, including dole whip which I regret not trying. I will definitely get it next time! I chose peanut butter, chocolate mousse, and banana pudding toppings and they were all delicious. Just be aware that they charge by the ounce, so your total bill can add up quickly.
