I took my mom here for the first time today and she absolutely loved the cookies just the answer I was waiting for we will definitely be back no more great cookie for me

Everytime i come to this location i can never get cookies. Site lists it closes at 1am but theyre always closing at 12. Takes forever for someone to answer the phone. I wont go there again. Gave too many chances

Attempted to order and no one answered the phone, went to the location and it states you have to call in order to make a order, though the location is open no one came to the front of the store, just ledt you standing in the front no matter how much you call out to someone. Trash experience, I will not be back.

The cookies were delicious, but the mini ones seemed like they were just leftover scraps. Some had only a few chocolate chunks and were smaller than the others, lacking uniformity in size. I particularly enjoyed their traditional flavors like white chocolate macadamia and chocolate chunk, while my daughter preferred the deluxe s'mores. I had problems with my delivery order and was refunded. I had the same problem again and I called to make the bakery aware that this was not a problem, but an internal problem that happened several times. they heard and corrected the problem more than enough. the problem should not happen, but it has been corrected 3× fold. that is a good customer service. I don't remember the name that solved the problem, but thank you. that is how a company treats its customers and is very appreciated.

I recently had delivery issues with Uber Eats, but the bakery was quick to address the problem and provide a refund. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred again, so I called to inform the bakery that it was an internal problem. They listened attentively and went above and beyond to fix the issue. Despite the initial mistake, they corrected it threefold, showing excellent customer service. I don't recall the name of the person who helped me, but I truly appreciate their efforts. This is a great example of how a business should treat its customers.

Just a heads up, the Charles Village location is currently only offering pickup and delivery within a certain radius with a $6 minimum order. They are not accepting in-person orders at the moment, so make sure to order ahead. I deducted a star because I was not aware of this policy and ended up showing up in person. However, the small staff was quick to fulfill my order once I placed it on my phone. The two cookies I tried were warm, perfectly thick, and sweet without being too soft.
