"We have been ordering from Angelina's since 2007, first from our home in Southport and now from our new place in Westport, which is just a short distance away. It has become our go-to pizza spot, with at least 3-4 orders every week, whether for our family or often for our staff. We can confidently say that we have enjoyed fantastic food delivered to us over the past 13 years and absolutely love their pizzas—my personal favorite is their white pizza and shrimp fadiablo. We even had Angelina's cater a wide variety of pasta and other dishes for our pre-wedding meal, and everyone, from the band to the parking attendants, raved about the food. Their dishes are consistently excellent with generous portions. Bon Appétit!"

"The order was over $100 for 3 adults and 2 kids. That being said ou oder should have been correct and if not then corrected however the Guy, at the register,who always seems to be there, said he was the manager but can only apologize for the problems. Being from Buffalo, that was not at all Buffalo style pizza, more like a slice from a NYC corner. There was very little cheese on the cheese only pizza, so we basically had dough and sauce. We ordered wings with 3 flavors, and 2/3 were incorrect. The mild we ordered was very hot (spicy). Still then. Sorry only. Never again. This guy was rude and very sarcastic. I kinda feel bad for him because he'll definitely catch the right person on the wrong day. My daughter said it seemed like special needs, but that's no excuse to be rude. Again, i wanted to support a pizzeria from my husband's hometown ,but not if i have to do with low quality food and bad attitudes."

"It has been some time since I've gotten Sophie's Cuban Cuisine. It was a rainy day without an umbrella and I had forgotten to pack lunch. Sophie was right across the street. For lunch, you can choose 3 sides and one entree. I got the yellow rice which was delicious, steamed vegetables and plantains with the beef. I was shocked to learn that it was 18.50! The rice to meat ratio was about 4:1. The taste was there, but I'm not sure if it was worth it to pay almost 20 dollars for rice. There are definitely cheaper lunch options in the area. The service was fast as it had mainly 2 stations. One for sandwiches and the other for a fast meal where they scooped up your choices in a box."

"Poor customer service! The two females at the register are like two Deer 's in a head light. I ask for 4 chicken empanadas, she looks at me all confused. Then she asked another woman who was packing food. Speaking in spanish she asked, Are there any chicken empanada ready? The woman yells at her in spanish Dile que no hay y ya . translation : Tell him we dont have any and thats it. With an attitude. No option was given to wait for the empanadas. Very unprofessional and rude! Maybe she assumed that I dont speak and understand spanish. Will never come back to this location again!"

"I went to Sven and Ole 's for years before the pandemic, during the pandemic when it was carry-out only, and now I was just back there last week this summer. During the pandemic in 2020-2021 and last summer 2022, they were pretty desperate for staff. Like many of the businesses in Grand Marais and along the North Shore, they count on international staff coming in to work long hours in the busy tourist summers. The pandemic, the economy, and the extremely high cost of housing on the North Shore (thanks, Airbnb has made staffing hard, so they had to cut back on their hours and menu. This year, they are back to limited dine-in service, and I saw 3 friendly Japanese students, in addition to local teenagers, on staff. Staff appeared hard-working but not stressed. The food is the same wonderful Sven and Ole 's pizza that you know and love. Half of the dining room was open, and all the old-time local decor brought back memories of visits in previous years. I waited less than 5 minutes for a table to open up and less than 30 minutes for my pizza on a Saturday evening. So glad that Sven Ole 's is still open! It 's definitely worth a visit to this North Shore icon. Recommended! (The for sale sign is for the building, not the business."

"The breakfast sandwich wasn't very enjoyable. The latte didn't have enough milk, so it didn’t resemble a latte, regardless of how much I sweetened it. If you prefer lattes with less milk, this could be the place for you. On the plus side, the cup sizes for coffee lattes are quite large compared to other places."

"The Lemon Loaf was just a slice, not the mini loaf depicted in the store's photo. I found the price of $6.35 to be quite surprising. The slice itself was mediocre and didn’t taste fresh. The Chocolate Croissant also felt overpriced at $5.19, as it resembled a store-bought pain au chocolat. The Protein Smoothie was the only reasonably priced item in my order, but it wasn't particularly noteworthy."

"Great take out. Thank you !. The Villa over lunch is always a busy spot due to it’s fine reputation with friendly and attentive service. Just placed a large takeout order today and was so pleased right from the start. My phone order was politely and efficiently taken. Our meals were ready very shortly after pulling into the big parking lot, and I was kindly assisted by the young woman who stepped right up to the counter when I arrived. She helped me manage the two boxes of lunch out to my car. Our company often eats at The Villa and has alwaysfelt welcome and our business appreciated. Thank you !"

"I hadn't been here in over a year due to poor service, and I regrettably returned hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, it was the same old story. As we walked in, one of the staff members didn't even acknowledge us; he seemed annoyed when we finally placed our order. We ordered an "Extra Most Bestest," paid, and then walked around the pet station nearby. When we returned, we waited in silence without any communication. We weren’t in a rush or angry; we just wanted our food. The employee who took our order handed us our pizza, and as I usually do, I checked it (since it’s notorious for being incorrect). To my dismay, there were only five slices of pepperoni on the entire cheese pizza. Absolutely unacceptable! The employees exchanged knowing glances, clearly aware of the mistake. It seemed like he had another pizza prepared just in case something went wrong. If those are your teenage employees, it reflects poorly on their upbringing—they clearly lack respect, morals, and values. I won't be returning to Little Caesar’s; there are plenty of good pizza places nearby. This experience was just too frustrating."

"My wife and I visited 300 Suns on Saturday, October 22, 2022. It was later in the evening, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. We opted for a table inside, but there were also outdoor seating options available. The outdoor tables had heaters, and there was a firepit, making it a lovely spot to hang out. We ordered a couple of beers and an appetizer. Since we didn’t have a full meal, I can’t comment on the main dishes, but the fried green beans were fantastic—very addictive! I had the Cap'n Long ESB, and my wife tried the Lazy Hazy Crazy Day-Z NEIPA. Both were enjoyable, and we had a great time at 300 Suns. I also appreciated their ordering system; it’s simple and effective. You just place a sign in a small bucket, and a server comes by your table, which I found much more pleasant than dealing with an app. Well done! The decor was vibrant and engaging, featuring shovels on the wall that resembled hops and tabletops covered in pennies, which I thought was really cool. The bathrooms were clean, and the venue was quite spacious. Parking was a breeze, with a lot right outside the door. Overall, it's a great place to relax and enjoy a local beer. I highly recommend visiting!"
