"I typically don’t write reviews or complain, but my experience at Jack In The Box was surprisingly disappointing. After a long day of traveling, I stopped by this Jack In The Box to order food before heading to my hotel. Once I got to my hotel, I checked my order and found it was completely different from what I had requested at the drive-through. I even verified my order on the screen at the time of ordering, and it showed correctly! With no food to eat, I called the location to explain that I received the wrong order. I was prepared to drive back to show them the mistake so it could be fixed. The man who answered the phone was very rude and insisted he heard something different when I placed my order. I asked if I could return the food to demonstrate the error, but he said I would need a receipt for that. He didn’t give me a receipt; he just handed my card back and rushed me out of the line. When I inquired if my order would be in the system since I had just been there about 20 minutes ago, he insisted it would only be on the receipt. He firmly stated that my order couldn’t be corrected without the receipt, which I never received in the first place. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience that could have been easily resolved on his part. I recommend avoiding this Jack In The Box location!"
