Jack In The Box - Menu

We arrived for a meal and found the place to be dirty, with all the tables covered in mess and junk food scattered under them. It was quite unpleasant.

I travel all over San Diego country every day of the month. I stop at Jack in the box almost every day for lunch. This morning I stopped at your place to use the restroom and was told I needed to purchase something before I could use it. Is disgraceful!! Congratulations, you just convinced me never to eat at another Jack in the box!!

I recently visited this restaurant with my son and ordered a boba milk that was advertised with whipped cream. When the drive-thru worker handed me my drink without the whipped cream, I asked for it, but he responded with an attitude, saying no. I pointed out that it was advertised with whipped cream, but he refused to add it. Frustrated, I decided to cancel my order and left. I won’t be returning to that place again. View menu

I never have an issue with the food quality or the employees here but its pretty consistent that I'm missing items from my orders through the drive thru. I would suggest adding a 2nd quality control check before handing the customer their items. Also, due to this locations proximity to downtown El Cajon the homeless people pretty much overrun the parking lot and inside the restaurant at times so I would just stick with drive thru.

Ok i Dont leave no reviews but i ordered a munchie meal after waiting 10-15 minutes in line as well as the 1 person in front of me only person in the drive thru with me i wondered why he wasn't ordering but i get a double jack with tacos and halfsies and they seriously gave me no onions,lettuce,tomatoes or pickles like theres noone in line why yall rush my burger i never dealt with this wtf i wanna go back but dont wanna waste gas thats crazy

I like to shop when there is little time for breakfast or lunch. Especially when we are on the road. But I don't like eating inside the place, because I go with my children and they are afraid of the homeless people who come and go at all times, in addition to shouting and not giving a good impression to the place.We don't eat there inside the place. We only order takeout. I frequently bring my family to this restaurant for their meals, but during my last visit, I had a disappointing experience. The girl taking our order didn’t include the curly fries that my kids wanted; instead, she added regular French fries despite my requests. To make matters worse, the fries were overly salty. When I pointed out the issue at the counter, she seemed to have an attitude, which made the situation even worse. I couldn't catch her name since her sweater covered her name tag, but she had short hair and was wearing a face mask. I haven’t seen her there before, but she was quite rude. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning for food after this experience.

I have to post this because it has been a recurring issue. I've gotten the breakfast platter around 5:30pm and after eating it the other day my stomache has been very upset even this morning. I feel nauseous and I didn't eat anything else that day becauseI was full. My stomache won't stop gurgling and feeling the need to throw up. The same thing happened to me 4 months ago or sowhen I ordered the teriyaki bowl. I felt the exact same way. I noticed with their pre packaged food that can sit for hours hasbeen a health issue and needs to be worked on at this location. Came In today 2/22/24 with my wife through the drive through and paid over 27 dollars for two combos. I ordered a bacon Swiss combo and a number 6 combo. We always get a number 6, every time is the same order, nobody mentioned to us that the menus had changed and that all the numbers on the menu changed as well changing the burger numbers. As a result we got the wrong burger , I took it back and Manager aida did not want to exchange me the order for the one I wanted. She was really rude and requested I brought back my fries and drink which I had left home because I only wanted the burger to be exchanged.
