Today, I ordered a drink that was completely undrinkable. Despite my best efforts to get through it, I couldn't manage it. My wife and daughter tried it too and felt the same way. When I politely asked if I could exchange the drink for something else, I was told no, as I had already ordered it. The owner went on to spend several minutes explaining how expensive ingredients are and that they couldn’t accommodate any drink swaps. Rather than prioritizing customer satisfaction, she opted to focus on how her profit margins would be impacted. If you enjoy supporting local businesses that place customer satisfaction at the very bottom of their priorities, then this is the place for you!"
