"the new owners are great people. they really take time with each order. the pulpits are always fresh and soou good! the staff is very friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. they make suggestions and offer sample of new articles. understandable, as they are made to order fresh, they need a little head on what they need and when. the best of phillys shops by far. place is always clean and they can say that employees love their job through their positive attitude. never disappointed. always a hit. lately I have them as "then to the hospital staff who told me they were grateful (and so sick of donuts). think about the extension on birthday parties, parental teachers and my book club. they are great at picnics and bbq 's where the cold beer flows."

"I could easily devour 20 of these pretzels in a row. They are delicious, with a crispy exterior and a soft, warm interior. I deducted one star because the cheese sauce doesn't quite live up to the pretzels. I recommend skipping the cheese sauce and purchasing a different one from the grocery store instead. However, the pretzels themselves are a must-try!"

"I want to extend my gratitude to Olivia, the store manager, for assisting me with a large order that I needed to place outside of regular business hours. The pretzels were delivered to my school, and the person who delivered them was fantastic—I believe it was the owner. When I offered a little extra as a tip, he graciously declined and suggested I save it for the kids instead. What amazing service!
