After living outside of Philadelphia for 5 years, I made this place a regular stop. I was thrilled to discover one outside of Pittsburgh recently. The pretzels and pretzel dogs were delicious and fresh. My only disappointment was that they didn't have any lemonade.

The customer service at this restaurant is incredible! The employees here should definitely get a raise, especially the curly-haired employee with glasses. They deserve at least $15 an hour. I may not often crave pretzels, but I always crave great customer service, and this place definitely delivers on that front. View menu
