"I placed my order on Grubhub. The Grubhub driver delivered my order to the wrong address in my apartment complex. Grubhub “customer service” said there’s nothing they can do. They refused to refund the money, as well as refused to submit my order for redelivery.I spoke with the team at Little Sicily, and the owner went out of his way and called Grubhub himself to speak on my behalf. Grubhub still refused. Ultimately, I did not get my order, but I am so grateful to the team at Little Sicily for THEIR exceptional customer service. I will 100% be order from here in the future, but not with Grubhub."
