"Great service! I haven't been this place yet and didn't know they changed most of their menu. The food is quite expensive, but the quality of the food was extremely delicious. Her steak was so tasteful and I have to say that they have the best steak sauce. It was so delicious. Her landscape is so covered and casual. We were there at night and I can't believe how many people eat outside. Well, it was really nice outside, but I liked the interior. I love how her wine room is designed. It sits right in the center of its building with glass walls/windows. It's beautiful! We'll be back with friends."

"FANTASTIC experience here at Jacky?s Waterplace and Sushi Bar. The interior is gorgeous, the views are amazing, staff is super nice, food is delicious, and cocktails are phenomenal. "I love that there are options, but their hope is that the server is familiar with these menu options. I ordered from the vegan menu..the edemame with their homemade sriracha and soy glaze, the dish was first served with simple, dry edemame. I asked our server if this could be fixed, he verified that I ordered the vegan edemame, and I was brought back a bowl edemame with some oil and salt. I then ordered the veggie southwest chipotle tofu salad, this should contain mais and black bohnensalsa, but rather had a few black bohnensalsa inseated. it was very disappointing. updated by previous review on 2022-02-18"

"We have been ordering takeout from this restaurant for the past 7yrs but recently their customer service has declined. I called in July and got yelled at because he could not understand what we were ordering (the person on the phone didnt speak much english). We decided to stay away. Terrible customer service! So here we go again trying to give small business support during this pandemic and they overcharge as if were stupid! On their direct website it says war wonton soup 13.99 and pad thai 10.99. I could of left the food but Im not that kind of person. But can anyone explain why I pay 16.99 for soup and 13.99 for the pad thai. All he had to say is if you eat here we charge more than if you were to order online. Everyone that eats here is being ripped off and its absolutely terrible because were paying for overpriced food and they are abusing the fact that people dont check what they are paying for or being charged."

"We ate at Sakura after attending an event at the convention center and it served up everything we needed. The food was very tasty and fairly priced. We were served complimentary hot tea when we sat down, which was appreciated. One of our dishes came out about 10 minutes after all of the others, but that was the only real negative, and happens. The waitress was apologetic when we asked for it and got it to us quickly once we alerted her that we hadn’t received it yet. The location was also great for a quick spin around Chinatown to walk off our meal."

"I am so happy with Simon's Chinese! I only wish i lived closer so they could deliver to me! I have tried a little of everything on their menu and have never been let down! I give it a 10 out of 10, 100%, thumbs up for the great service, food, and atmosphere! After I was there for a third time they remember me and chatted with me like i was a friend; how touching! their average wait-time for pick-up is 10 minutes! WOW! it takes me longer to get there! even by the time I get the food, drive home, get the plates and forks to eat with the family, sit down, i burn my tongue on the food every time! "I reserved an igloo to celebrate my birthday with my husband, parents, and in laws (6 total). We have never done anything like this before and had the best time. I typically don't write reviews but felt compelled to because of the unique experience. We had great service (both our server Cody and restaurant manager Gwen were taking care of us and were awesome), the temperature was perfect (they have multiple heaters on and blankets available in case you get chilly but also said they can turn up/down heaters at request), the igloo itself was spacious and well decorated, and per usual, the food was great. While it might be a bit costly up front, $200 is easy to hit with 6 people who are ordering food and drinks. We had the best time and I would hands down do it again. We all felt beyond safe as far as COVID goes it's your own little bubble!Perfect for a celebration of any sort, girls night out, you name it!"

"Absolutely amazing food with amazing service and a lovely atmosphere. My grandbabies and I went here and ordered Bento Boxes. My grandson got a steak one, me and my granddaughter the Hibachi chicken. Oh my goodness. When I tell you this food is fresh, its fresh! We had squash and bell peppers and mushrooms that tastes like they just came out the dirt, and the chicken and rice was hot, fresh, and delicious! Each box comes with an 8pc California roll, and we had asked for no fish eggs on ours, and our waitress Susie was very kind throughout the whole ordering process. There was another family of like.. 20 people there when we came, and yet everything came out very quick!Kid-friendliness: Waitresses were very kind and patient when we were ordering!"

"We had an amazing meal, I can’t say enough about how good the food was. Upon our arrival I was skeptical as to what we were in for. We sat down and right away I noticed the table was dirty. There was a blackish brown smear in front of me and I got scared then I opened the menu and there were stains on the menu and I got a little more scared. After a great intro to the restaurant from the waiter, Matt, I was a little more at ease because he knew what he was doing and what he was talking about. I then asked my guests if they noticed the floor was a little sticky which they both said it wasn’t just me. We ordered way too much food for 3 people and Matt made sure that we all got a bite of each dish even though some only came with 2 bites. Every single dish that came out was perfect. Every bite was just as good if not better than the last. The start of this review should not deter you from trying this gem on 309. Order everything and I mean everything, From A5 wagyu to Uni every single thing we ate was amazing. We will be back as soon as we can afford to go. Four hundred and sixty six dollars is a lot of money to spend on dinner for 3 but with one hundred of that going to wine alone it was well worth it. I can’t wait to go back and see Matt to ask him ridiculous questions that some how he knew all the answers to. I have told a lot of people about our meal and some have been there for the hibachi, we were in the restaurant but everyone I talked to that had been there said the same thing that it is a hidden gem in the suburbs. Try Ooka, you will not be disappointed."

"This restaurant offers an extensive menu, and everything I've tried has been quite delicious. They also boast a wide variety of drinks. Each time we order delivery, it has arrived quicker than the estimated time. They go the extra mile by placing drinks in a separate bag filled with ice to keep everything chilled. This has become my go-to Chinese restaurant. The shrimp fried rice, crab rangoon, and spicy broccoli beef are exceptional. You really won’t be disappointed. "The first day of school celebratory dinner my little one wanted sushi and we decided on Blue! Mondays are also kids day and Little Bento Boxes are discounted to 6 bucks! My daughter chose basic Chicken strips and Rice. My son Loves fish so we ordered Salmon (not discounted for him to try and Sesame Noodles. Both were a big hit and they shared between themselves. My husband had to get his favorites, the Cherry Bombs, and a spicy Green Eggs and Hama Roll (which my daughter actually tried! . I started with a salad topped with Wasabi Soy dressing (my son loved as well and a Blue Kani- tofu pocket stuffed with crab and covered in eel sauce- Yum! The best Brussels in town, with Lemon Miso and Cashews. Also a Thai Hippie Roll and Vegan South Pacific Roll which everyone fought over. Always great service here, one of the most consistent in Lincoln. Our server Jacob was no exception. They do everything to keep us coming back!"

"My wife and I love to eat here because of the quality and authenticity of the food. We just moved to the area and have not had one single meal here that we did not absolutely love. All the Chinese is perfectly authentic, as is the Thai and Japanese and it's hard to believe that they got it all right in the same place, but they did. We write a lot of reviews on here and we strongly encourage you to give them a try because you'll always go back. Also, the prices are modest enough to lend themselves to take out via door dash or similar. We love to dine in, but when we can't, we take out! "Ginza offer excellent value and in my eyes this is one of the most important aspects of a restaurant to me. I specifically think that their Salmon Special, Tuna Special, and Yellowtail Special are very good value. Every time I have ordered these specials from them they have been extremely generous with the quantity of fish and the fish is of high quality. To elaborate each special comes with about 8 to 10 thick pieces of sashimi, 4 pieces of sushi, and 1 spicy roll all for just $22. I think that if you order all 3 of these specials you could easily feed 4 people for under $80 with high quality sushi. The one con I will mention is that I'm not the biggest fan of the atmosphere. I think with the atmosphere part of the problem is the layout of the restaurant which is not something that can be easily fixed. However, everyone working here has been very friendly and inviting. I can not recommend this place enough when it comes to take out. Parking: The parking is not great. Ginza is located in a mini strip mall with I think 3 other stores and they all share what seems to be about 10 parking spots. There is also some free street parking but depending on the time of day those might already be occupied."

"The food was good but the music (not dinner music, but club music) was insanely loud. When we asked if they could turn it down, they said it only has one volume. It was hard to talk, think, let alone eat in that environment. When we left, you could hear the music a block away. Unless you want to be in a club-like place to eat sushi with your brain and ear drums blowing out of your head, I don’t recommend and I will not be back. Too bad, because the sushi is pretty good."

"So disappointed in our experience here. The place still has a Christmas tree up in February. The take out service wasn't very good and our order was poorly prepared. The bags of food broke on our drive home spilling sauce all over my wife's pants and all down our seats. We ordered Moo Shu beef and we did not receive the plum sauce with our order. On top of that, the pancakes we received were not Asian pancakes but flour tortillas. We will not be returning. The food was mediocre at best.My response after Company Response:I specifically asked for pancakes as I ordered and when I picked up my order I specifically asked how many pancakes were included. They said 3 and I asked for at least one more because there were 4 of us eating. They took the bag of pancakes' and went to the kitchen to add another pancake' and when I came home and opened my order there were tortillas. I did not and would ever order tortillas at a Chinese food restaurant."
