Never ever order the fried rice. It tasted like pure vinegar and over fried sesame oil. Never coming back. Go to Hiro 88 if you want asian or sushi.

Blue Sushi is a staple for my family. Everyone loves it! Their lunch special is fantastic. My personal favorites are the Tidal Wave and the Coconut Crab Soup.

Always great food. Sushi (Hawaiian roll) was prepared perfectly and ready in under 30 minutes. Also got a dinner salad with carrot/ginger dressing. A little spicy for me but still had good flavor. View menu

BEST place ever. Hotel Cali is the best roll on their menu and no where else can duplicate it. Best drinks, best service and best atmosphere! 5 the GM Mallory is very attentive and is always so pleasant and happy. She truly is why I come back!

My daughter is a new UNL student and misses our family dog. I drove into town on Thursday night and brought our dog. We walked around the Haymarket together and had to find a sushi place! Thank you to Blue for being so awesome and letting our dog sit with us on the patio while we enjoyed the amazing meal! The staff was amazing when it came to us having our dog….who got a bowl of water and two treats from the staff! Thank you so so very much for a great evening! Keep up the amazing work! View menu

This place has an amazing fun relaxing atmosphere! You can sit and enjoy the food! They do have happy hour all day Sunday which helps with the price of sushi rolls! We greeted right away, ordered some drinks and the mango crab Rangoon (very good by the way! but the crab Rangoon showed up before our drinks AND we were pretty much finished with the appetizer by the time we did get our drinks. And it was only water. But all in all the food was amazing and we did have a nice time! We will be back! I do know that!!

I just arrived into town, and had an early dinner. I was quickly showed to a table by the very nice hostess. Waitress immediately came over to show me the menu and happy hour menu. The prices are pretty decent for the food and drinks during HH. I loved the miso soup, it was fantastic. I had the chicken lettuce wraps, and those were very flavorful. I wish the chicken was served hot though. This was a fantastic sushi grill in Lincoln, NE. Everything looked and smelled fresh. It was so good, I ate here twice during the week! I Will definitely return with an empty stomach!

The first day of school celebratory dinner my little one wanted sushi and we decided on Blue! Mondays are also kids day and Little Bento Boxes are discounted to 6 bucks! My daughter chose basic Chicken strips and Rice. My son Loves fish so we ordered Salmon (not discounted for him to try and Sesame Noodles. Both were a big hit and they shared between themselves. My husband had to get his favorites, the Cherry Bombs, and a spicy Green Eggs and Hama Roll (which my daughter actually tried! .
