"If I could give this place a zero star, I would. As someone who doesn't write many reviews, I think that this place really deserves one. I just wanted to eat a bite after an appointment nearby. I got boiled as soon as I went in the door, I don't understand the message of me with a scooter, but I couldn't even park it under a table while I ordered a sandwich and went. I didn't have to eat, just grab a sandwich. The girl at the reception simply shouted, huffing and puffing when my request was so ridiculous that I had to hear nothing I had to say. I'm a professional, I'm not sure why you ever need to scream someone who's ready to come to your restaurant if you can be a decent person. It's free, Will never comes back here."

"The female manager/franchisee at this location is very rude and horrible service. The workers here are great, I don't want to take away from their service, it's the manager/franchisee I have an issue with. I have frequented this location 2-3 times weekly for several years now, long before she came. The marquee outside of this location advertises free cookies with the purchase of an entrée and does not state that if using a coupon its invalid. I have utilized coupons at this location for many years now, and visit this location 2 to 3 times weekly. Upon checking out on my most recent visit, I was advised by the female manager/franchisee that I could not get the free cookie with the coupon. When I asked her when did this change?, She stated we have never given free cookies with coupons. When I advised her that was incorrect because this has been going on for the last 3 to 4 months, she stated to me in front of other customers that, NO, you have never gotten free cookies here with a coupon, and basically called me a liar. I will get her name on my next visit to add to this post. I called her out on her rudeness and never once got an apology. She definitely doesn't need to be on the front line serving customers. "The person who made my sandwich seemed quite confused during the entire process. She greeted me warmly but then vanished to the back for a long time before finally starting to prepare my order. I had to repeat my request several times, and when it was time to pay, she mistakenly handed me someone else’s sandwich. It's frustrating enough that this happened to me, but knowing she might be making similar mistakes with patients and staff at the hospital is even worse. I initially thought this restaurant was a great option because it stays open late, but I was clearly mistaken. I’m giving it one star because Google doesn’t let me give zero stars. Honestly, this place might owe me some stars!"

"THIS SUBWAY IS NOT OPEN 24 HOURS...atleast not yet.I out all hours of the night and the Subway is 5 mins from my house. I was excited that it was open 24 hours. Well let me tell you ,I 've gone there a number of times thinking it would be open. I was sadly mistaken to find that it was only open 24 hours 1 out of countless that I 've gone there. "The service and cleanliness are great. But the quality of food versus price you pay is way off in my opinion. The selection of meats, cheeses, and dressings have declined. "I have had a number of frustrating experiences at this restaurant recently. They only accept cash because their credit card machine frequently malfunctions. Today, I decided to share my concerns and placed an order online instead. The app indicated that my sandwich would be ready in 20 minutes, but when I arrived just 10 minutes later, my sandwich was already sitting on the shelf. Unfortunately, the bread was dry, the sandwich was squished, and the ingredients were spilling out. To make matters worse, it was extremely salty, even though I hadn’t requested any extra salt. This has been the last straw for me with Subway. The last time I used their app, I ended up with the wrong sandwich. Although the restaurant has been renovated and looks nice, the quality of the food and service has clearly deteriorated."

"I received my food through delivery, and unfortunately, my BLT was not made as requested. It was supposed to be sauce-free, but it seems the person who prepared it didn't clean the knife properly from a previous order. As a result, the sandwich was cut in half, leaving a lot of sauce on the surface but none inside the sandwich itself. "Tonight on 5/24/23 I walked into this subway at 7:20. I didn’t walk out until almost 8pm. Whatever two actual idiots were working paid more attention to yelling “WHAT” at each other the whole time. I had 6 people in front of me. If your lobby is packed, maybe the bright idea would have been to work faster to get everyone out since y’all were so concerned about getting off on time, instead of working as slow as you could. I watched one of the girls BITE OPEN a bag of black olives with her mouth. The other girl took the bag and proceeded to open the bag from said bite mark, not change her gloves, then MAKE A SANDWICH with her saliva gloves. The lady behind me ordered two chop salads. As she was proceeding to tell the chick what she wanted in them the worker continued to talk the other worker telling “WHAT”Awful. My sandwich was toasted and cold by the time it got to me."
