"I have had a number of frustrating experiences at this restaurant recently. They only accept cash because their credit card machine frequently malfunctions. Today, I decided to share my concerns and placed an order online instead. The app indicated that my sandwich would be ready in 20 minutes, but when I arrived just 10 minutes later, my sandwich was already sitting on the shelf. Unfortunately, the bread was dry, the sandwich was squished, and the ingredients were spilling out. To make matters worse, it was extremely salty, even though I hadn’t requested any extra salt. This has been the last straw for me with Subway. The last time I used their app, I ended up with the wrong sandwich. Although the restaurant has been renovated and looks nice, the quality of the food and service has clearly deteriorated."

The portion sizes at this Subway are significantly larger than at most locations that rely on small cups for measuring. This particular Subway doesn't follow that practice. Additionally, the staff here is exceptionally friendly.

I really like the food at Subway, but I noticed that some of the employees had limited English skills. Unfortunately, due to my hearing issue (which isn't their fault), I had difficulty communicating with them. Because of this, I'm not sure I'll be going back.

The staff on duty Tuesday night were exceptionally nice and welcoming. I showed up just before closing time without knowing it, and they kindly made exactly what I wanted. On February 16th, after her practice, she visited a Subway around 8:30 PM to order a turkey sub. Within an hour, she began vomiting and had trouble breathing; it became clear that she was experiencing anaphylaxis.
