"I went in around 5:30 to get a hot sandwich. They told me “The oven is turned off” and nothing else. Wasn’t even close to closing time, they didn’t even offer a further explanation to say if the oven will be turned back on later because their cleaning it or whatever else is the reason because they can’t be closing more than 3 hours early. They didn’t even offer an apology for the inconvenience, which is what should be said as part of good customer service to any customer. I’m done with this location, I’m never going back again, there are plenty of other subways in town that are far better than this unorganized and messy one. Heed my advice and the others before DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE."

"I ordered a Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki chopped salad, and when the employee measured out the chicken, it didn't look like a full serving. He asked if I wanted double meat, which I declined, but I pointed out that the amount he gave me seemed off. He then dumped what he'd already measured and tried again, but this time, he actually provided even less chicken than before. I really wish I had taken a picture of the salad—it barely filled half the bowl. At other locations I've visited, the bowls are typically overflowing. If I hadn't been with a group that had already ordered, I would have chosen a different Subway. That other location is much better managed and doesn’t cut corners like this. As an average customer, I found this experience incredibly frustrating. It felt like I was being penalized for a mistake that shouldn't have happened! There are plenty of other restaurants nearby that offer better service and don't skimp on ingredients!"

I was left staring at her, hoping for some sort of response—perhaps an offer for a coworker to make my sandwich or at least an acknowledgment of my concern. Instead, I ended up walking out without placing an order. I understand that some individuals have valid medical exemptions for not wearing masks, but I would rather not have someone in that position preparing my food, especially given the significant rise in cases in our state. I realize this is a complex situation for everyone involved, but her rude demeanor only made things worse."

"Whoever owns this location needs to get involved more. I will no longer go to this location . It's all high school kids working there and whole group of kids hanging out in the corner aand not working . Legit saw drugs exchange hands at this location between an employee and a guy who brought his scooter in. Fountain drinks are all swapped , bread stale and burnt, nothing restocked. It's literally a zoo in this location. Subways are not fancy or clean in general but this one takes the cake. Terrible ownership"

"Driving through town, on a time crunch with hungry kids. Ordered online using the app at 6:30. Arrived at 6:50. Our order wasn't even started! Waited in line just to check, and the sandwich artist said, oh we've been busy. So just before 7PM she starts the sandwich order, which admittedly was large. Done at 7:14. "If I could give this place a zero star, I would. As someone who doesn't write many reviews, I think that this place really deserves one. I just wanted to eat a bite after an appointment nearby. I got boiled as soon as I went in the door, I don't understand the message of me with a scooter, but I couldn't even park it under a table while I ordered a sandwich and went. I didn't have to eat, just grab a sandwich. The girl at the reception simply shouted, huffing and puffing when my request was so ridiculous that I had to hear nothing I had to say. I'm a professional, I'm not sure why you ever need to scream someone who's ready to come to your restaurant if you can be a decent person. It's free, Will never comes back here."
