"I went in around 5:30 to get a hot sandwich. They told me “The oven is turned off” and nothing else. Wasn’t even close to closing time, they didn’t even offer a further explanation to say if the oven will be turned back on later because their cleaning it or whatever else is the reason because they can’t be closing more than 3 hours early. They didn’t even offer an apology for the inconvenience, which is what should be said as part of good customer service to any customer. I’m done with this location, I’m never going back again, there are plenty of other subways in town that are far better than this unorganized and messy one. Heed my advice and the others before DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE."

I didn’t receive my cookie with the order, and my Buffalo sandwich was not wrapped properly. It was simply tossed into a paper bag without care.

So the Northern Lights The subway closes at 8:40 and it says they are open to 9 I said they are closed and they are not open and with services like that I do not want to eat here. Many of the other locations are great. View menu

My sandwich was missing the cheese and was served on pita instead of the Italian herbs and cheese bread I ordered. It was also cold and not toasted, as it didn't have the parchment that the other toasted sandwiches had.

The restaurant is quite good, and I particularly recommend the tuna bottom as my favorite option. The service is excellent as well. However, compared to their competitor, Pita Pit, there is a noticeable lack of variety and choices on the menu.

I walked in to find the restaurant empty except for the staff. The place was clean, and the sandwich makers were polite and efficient. My sandwich was prepared quickly. However, I found the price of $14.95 for a foot-long sandwich to be quite steep for my budget. View menu

The staff is fantastic during the lunch rush, especially when handling the flood of online orders. However, for everyone's sake, please choose one service at a time. It's frustrating for all when there are six people waiting in line, only to see the staff preparing three-foot-long sandwiches for a lazy customer’s delivery order.

There were two slices of roast beef, the entire sandwich was drenched in mayonnaise, the sandwich was mostly lettuce and spinach. I took out most of the lettuce and spinach because they were soggy from the mayonnaise. There wasnt a lot of mustard either. Wasted my money, wont eat here again. Ive had sandwiches from the Subway on Tudor and they are very good, will eat there instead
