"I visited this Subway over the weekend and was quite surprised to see that the woman preparing my sandwich was not wearing a mask. When I inquired about it, she responded sharply, saying she had a medical exemption and wasn't required to wear one. I was left staring at her, hoping for some sort of response—perhaps an offer for a coworker to make my sandwich or at least an acknowledgment of my concern. Instead, I ended up walking out without placing an order. I understand that some individuals have valid medical exemptions for not wearing masks, but I would rather not have someone in that position preparing my food, especially given the significant rise in cases in our state. I realize this is a complex situation for everyone involved, but her rude demeanor only made things worse."

Ordered on the app and went to pick it up and after paying they told me they couldn’t make half the food in our order because they had no toaster but still offer food that has to be toasted. Made me wait 10 minutes for them to call the boss to okay a refund for food I paid for and they couldn’t make, then still didn’t make my other sandwiches they could make that I said was okay with not being toasted. Sunday August 25th, the man who was working by himself during lunch did a phenomenal job. He never got overwhelmed by how busy it was. And he had patience with the three kids I brought. To show them the different bread/sizes. And taking their order. The kids had never been to subway before, so I was trying to help them order. By the end I just got out of the way and let them tell your employee. Again he did an awesome job and I just wanted to recognize that.

I placed an order on the app and this is now my 3rd problem with my sandwich first I get there after placing my order on the app 15-20 minutes before. The only lady working somehow “just got” my order as I walked in then while I waited for my order she got done with both sandwiches and I got home. Only to find out I asked for extras which I got none of those items I asked for extras and my other sandwich was missing ranch and had added bell peppers when we don’t eat them.

The sandwiches were fresh and delicious, and we received an ample amount of condiments to personalize them to our liking. We found it to be a fantastic value for the price. This review is for the restaurant located in Chillicothe, IL. The employee on duty had considerable difficulty with English, which made it quite challenging for me to communicate with her. I often had to repeat myself several times. To complicate the situation, she was the only staff member working that evening, leaving her unable to handle both walk-in customers and the drive-thru at the same time. As a result, many customers became frustrated with the long wait in the drive-thru and opted to come inside instead.
