"I am extremely thankful for the service I received at the Bainbridge Subway today! I had placed a catering order online through the general Subway website, but it ended up being sent to the wrong location. When I called the Bainbridge store, the owner was incredibly courteous and eager to prepare the order for us this afternoon. You truly saved the day! The order was completed on time, perfectly assembled, and they even helped load everything into the car. The owner later called to check in and ensure everything met our expectations. I am really grateful for such excellent customer service!"

The dining area is pleasant and comfortable, and everything is kept impeccably clean, including the restrooms. It's not too crowded, making it a lovely spot to take a break.

5 points for integrity. My wife left her bag in the store and recognized on the way back to Seattle and also on the ferry! called the shop and the girl who visited us earlier replied. She confirmed that the bag is still there, but the store is closed until we get back. Very humble, she suggested she could wait outside for us. Have the bag when we have reached: Has the generosity and sweetness of this girl off. The sandwich was also good; God bless them.
