"We had a lengthy layover at Denver Airport and chose to dine at Great Divide, mainly because they could seat us right away. In hindsight, we should have waited for another option. The restaurant uses QR codes placed on the tables, encouraging customers to browse the menu and place orders through their phones. However, the online ordering system was frustrating; it didn't provide item descriptions unless you clicked to add them to your cart, making it hard to casually scan for appealing options. After some time, our waitress managed to find a single physical menu for us to share, but she still wanted us to order via our phones. We noticed that many items on the physical menu were not available online, and a significant portion of the online selections were out of stock, including almost the entire kids' menu. After placing our order, I observed that other tables around us with different servers were using physical menus instead. The food arrived quickly and was typical of what you’d expect at an airport—neither particularly good nor bad."
