"We ordered one dish and some egg rolls, but after two hours of waiting without any food, we called them—only to be left on hold for 30 minutes at 6:30 on a Saturday night. Frustrated, we decided to order from another restaurant, which turned out to be a wise choice given their better reviews; we received our food in just 30 minutes. Eventually, I managed to get through to them at 9:00 PM to request a refund. After a 5-minute hold while they concocted an excuse, the representative told me that our order had been delivered. According to her, the delivery person went to the correct address and handed the food to a man who recognized my wife's name. This was clearly a fabrication, but they still refused to issue a refund. I asked to speak with the owner, but I was told she wouldn't be available until the next evening. The following day, I went to the restaurant and requested to see the receipt. To my surprise, they had even signed the credit card receipt themselves instead of admitting they hadn’t delivered our food. Once again, the owner, Maria, was absent. I reiterated my request for a refund, but they insisted they couldn't process it and that I had to go through my bank instead. I inquired about Maria's schedule and was told she would be in at 8:30, so I left. When I returned at 8:30, the restaurant was closed—half an hour earlier than expected. However, Maria did eventually come to the door and spoke with me. The story had evolved further; now, they claimed the delivery driver had seen someone enter my house. It appeared they were not only dishonest but also running a restaurant poorly. Maria told me they could issue a refund, but only one specific person knew how to do it, and she wouldn’t be available until the next day—making it sound like both were required to process a refund. At that point, I gave up and decided to dispute the charges with my credit card company, especially given the clearly forged signature on the receipt. In my experience, these people are fraudulent, dishonest, and untrustworthy. If you choose to visit, I recommend paying with cash and opting for pickup. But honestly, do yourself a favor and go to another restaurant."

"Solid Cantonese style seafood and dim sum house. A bit more upscale than typical, and I am sure there are less expensive options, but absolutely recommend this spot for anyone wanting fresh and authentic Chinese food.Checked boxes on a paper photo menu to order (weekday no carts). Came out quickly and was delicious. We ordered mostly dim sum shu mai, char shu bou, shrimp and beef fat noodle, tofu skin dishes, etc all was fresh, hot and tasty. We also ordered chinese veg and fried rice dishes from the lunch menu which came out nearly instantly and were delicious. Most diners were locals so we knew this would be good. Decor and bathrooms were on the high end of all dim sum places we have been to. They are usually the worst parts of a dining experience in similar establishments so it was refreshing to be in a clean and comfortable setting. Most of us ordered bubble tea as well, and they were also very good.We have been to many similar places in major US city chinatown areas especially NYC where we reside and this was one of the best food and atmosphere experiences we have had. Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: Pretty good veg options which are noted on the photo menu. At least 3 4 dim sum options, plus the standard options like chinese vegetables and rice.Kid friendliness: Kids loved it but note they won't likely be doing chicken nugget style kids meals here. Kids will need to try wonderful tasty new things, or settle for rice!"
