"We sat outdoors, so the noise was due to traffic on Maple Rd. I had read reviews where the service was slow once ordered. That was not the case with our party. We had people arriving in our party at various times and the waitress was attentive in getting their drink order and appetizer order promptly. Our meals were ordered and served at an appropriate time as well. Our question was answered as to why names weren’t taken for contact tracing. "Food was underwhelming. My coffee was tepid. I had it refilled twice. Both refills were tepid. How hard is hot coffee? My salad was overdressed but fine. My grilled salmon was good. My wife’s meal was inedible. Ambience was nice. Bathrooms were down a long flight of stairs…. Fortunately no one in our group had mobility issues. A band was playing background jazz, which was lovely. Then they started playing loud enough that it was impossible to carry on a conversation. I feel like for what we paid, decent food, hot coffee, and the ability to carry on a conversation are not too much to ask."

"What a delightful surprise this restaurant turned out to be! My group and I had initially planned to have dinner at Good Good Culture Club, but when we found out there was a three-hour wait, we decided to stroll along Valencia Street. Luckily, Luna had a table available for us. Knowing how fantastic the dishes at Luna are makes me a bit hesitant to rave about it in this review—I'm worried that if it gets too popular, it might be hard to get a reservation in the future! However, I believe it's important to give credit where it's due, and this place deserves recognition. Our server, Daniel, was incredibly accommodating and friendly, and he explained the menu in a way that made us want to try everything. The standout dishes were the buffalo cauliflower, the lamb burger, and the incredibly inventive cocktails!"

"the first time here since the rebuild. it is very well done. they order food/drinks at the bar and a summer tells them when they pick up. the large window wall and exterior seats provide a perfect view of arriving aircraft. the historic planes in front of location are fantastic. our children (3 5) also loved the outdoor game structure. on a beautiful day, the dive of drinks on the terrace landings would be a unique experience. concerning eating, I loved the bbq, but found it very expensive for what you get. (if not recommend the horn skin side)"

"After eating here a few times, I have concluded that the food is way too expensive for what you’re getting. The food had arrived cold. Not satisfied, not worth it.I ordered an omelette and it looks like they used a dozen eggs to make the omelette, which probably explains the price. I felt like I was served an egg cake, I couldn’t even finish it. Bacon was hard and cold.I will say that the macarons are delicious and they are the only reason I gave 2 stars. Box of 6 for $13… might just get them elsewhere.I really wanted to like this place, it looks so cute, the baked goods look delicious, and the location is perfect. However, they are lacking taste and are very overpriced."

"We have been coming here every summer on our family vacation for the past many years…with upwards of 20+ of our family members. We have always loved this place and the ice cream and friendly staff. This year the place got a lovely facelift and it appears a change in ownership with that we were incredibly disappointed to find out that this year we were not allowed to sit down at any of the booths with our large group (10 of us) unless we purchased a food item (the $100 of ice cream and malts we purchased dont qualify apparently) we all stood there awkwardly with glass dishes of ice cream and some with two malt cups how are we supposed to enjoy this STANDING (they told us this after we got our ice cream)?? Not to mention this was difficult for our young ones and grandparents in our group. The other incredibly limited seating was full aside from 4 large empty booths that we weren’t allowed to sit in. I went over and ordered a dish so we would be allowed to sit at a open booth but this is not good hospitality for your guests. My fil even talked to the staff and they said that was just the rules. There is not enough counter seating for most groups who came (only 8 at the counter altogether) in and several were standing around with their ice cream like us feeling a bit put out. Please reconsider your seating rules or consider increasing the seats at the counter and overall like the previous owners. BTW the pickle fries are amazing. My rating would be a 5 star if it were not for the seating issues."

"This is precisely the kind of place that Amherst Street has been missing! I visited this morning to sample a crepe, as expected, but I also wanted to try the cold brew that everyone has been raving about in the other reviews. It certainly lived up to the hype! Without a doubt, it was the most delicious, melt-in-your-mouth crepe I've ever had, and the cold brew was smooth and flavorful—well worth the cost! I can't wait to return. "We found this on the polk county restaurants reviews on Facebook. My wife and I both got an A 10. Which included a 7 inch Philly, 5 chicken wings, a side of fries or onion rings, and a drink.The Phillys and Onion rings were Great!!!The wings were good and crispy but unfortunately the blue cheese and ranch dressing were not homemade so the sauce was just ok.The sauce for the onion rings was great!But the onion rings were the first thing we ain't and they were barely warm, but we think they were homemade because they still had a good flavor.The Sweet Tea was really Awesomely sweet southern tea, the way I like it!The worst part of the meal was the fries were cold! The fries I think would have been really good if they were fresh.I should have asked for a fresh ordered but they were pretty busy.We will definitely return for a Philly and some Onion Rings, and I will ask them to make sure they are hot and fresh."
