"I absolutely loved this place! I ordered an Americano, and as someone who drinks black coffee, I found it to be perfectly rich without being overly bitter. It's clear that they use high-quality beans. I also tried the Soco Burger, made from a freshly ground short rib blend that was cooked to perfection. It came topped with Tillamook cheddar, bacon, pickled red onions, tomato, and mixed greens, all on a whole bun with roasted chili and aioli, accompanied by rosemary fries. I would give this restaurant an A+! Most importantly, the customer service was exceptional—thank you, Alexis!"
