"I initially intended to use the drive-thru, but decided to go inside because the line was so long, with cars wrapping halfway around the building. At one point, I sat there for about 5-10 minutes without the line moving at all. While waiting in my car, I noticed someone from the drive-thru exit their vehicle and go inside twice, probably to check on the delay.
Once I entered, despite several employees chatting and moving around, I wasn’t greeted for about five minutes, and one employee even served another customer before acknowledging me. The wait for my order took longer than expected, even though there were several people in the kitchen. I don't believe it should have taken that long. When my order was finally handed to me, the employee turned away, and I had to call out to one of the staff to remind her that I had ordered two drinks as well.
Overall, as someone with several years of experience in food service, I found the service to be extremely lacking and disorganized. It was not a good experience, and I do not plan to visit this restaurant again."
