"I initially intended to use the drive-thru, but decided to go inside because the line was so long, with cars wrapping halfway around the building. At one point, I sat there for about 5-10 minutes without the line moving at all. While waiting in my car, I noticed someone from the drive-thru exit their vehicle and go inside twice, probably to check on the delay. Once I entered, despite several employees chatting and moving around, I wasn’t greeted for about five minutes, and one employee even served another customer before acknowledging me. The wait for my order took longer than expected, even though there were several people in the kitchen. I don't believe it should have taken that long. When my order was finally handed to me, the employee turned away, and I had to call out to one of the staff to remind her that I had ordered two drinks as well. Overall, as someone with several years of experience in food service, I found the service to be extremely lacking and disorganized. It was not a good experience, and I do not plan to visit this restaurant again."

I waited about an hour for a mobile order. They mentioned they couldn't find the order due to coworkers smoking in the bathroom. I love Taco Bell, but I'm really disappointed with this location.

Went thru drive thru. Worker said they didn't have hardly anything and couldn't repeat what we were saying when ordered. When asked to repeat it we said it louder and clearer and she was very rude.

This is the second time I’ve been in the drive through for a very long time. A few weeks ago it was over an hour. Tonight it’s been a half an hour and there is still two vehicles ahead of me. After an hour in the drive through last time, they still got my order wrong.

They always provide exactly what you want, just the way you like it! The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. However, the only frustrating aspect is that it takes a long time to receive your order upon arrival. It often feels like everyone is in a rush, creating a backlog that results in about a 10-minute wait for your order. I would recommend that they divide their team to serve customers more efficiently and speed up the process! View menu

only three stars, all in order. only the problem that they always flee from the supplies. strange, how a million Doller franchise runs from deliveries. Moreover, taco bell was released from the Mexican pizza, which was one of the reasons why I went there beside the tacos. taco bell franchise has really gone down the hill, asking themselves why, they were a power house earlier. sad to see that one of the favorite franchises run out of the stocks such a good menu. hopefully they bring back the Mexican pizza.

Saturday, June 25th, 8:50 pm to 9:32 pm. Horrible experience, rude employee with slurred speech, sounded drunk, but if he 's disabled, I apologize. Waited inline at drive thru 40 minutes. It wasn 't just a car ahead with a huge order, every car took forever to be served. At this point I would have pulled out of line but that 's impossible due to landscaping. Finally got to window and unshaven slob with slurred. Speech informed me they were out of my drink flavor, did I want something else. I said no , just take the charge off the bill. He told me he couldn 't do that. I told him to forget the entire order and ask why they are so slow. He told me to just leave, at which point I blew up at him...
