"Very pleasant brewery, half pub setting, half restaurant. Lots of beers on tap. We had the green chili pasta (no chicken) and the meatloaf. The only downside was that the meatloaf was spicier than expected, both loaf and sauce and the veggies, though perfectly cooked, were too salty. Both were sizeable portions; look at the height of the meatloaf. We should have split one of these meals and had dessert. Each of the kids' corn dog meals came with either vanilla or chocolate ice cream, 2 mighty scoops of Blue Bells. 2 entrees, 2 kids meals, 3 drinks and a delicious coconut chocolate porter, $57 (not incl tip). Our server was great, checked on us often. This restaurant is dog-friendly for the patio out front, which has about 4 tables and if the weather permits. It did not on the day of our visit."

Excellent food! The soup was superb… just what we needed to warm our belly and body. There was a 45 min wait, but the soup was worth it. My husband also has a house salad and I had their Irish burger. Those grilled onions on the burger were the best idea ever! View menu

Wow! The Green Chili Mac was amazing! On top of that we ordered wings and our server recommended mixing the Jameson BBQ sauce with the red head hot sauce for the wings. Spot on!! Sweet and spicy wings with some comfort Mac and Cheese and delicious beers... everything was perfect!

Really enjoyed this place! Nice pub feel with good food, great beers and a friendly staff. I highly recommend the Green Chili Mac and Cheese. Terrific mix of pasta, house made alfredo sauce with green chilies (of course), crispy bacon and grilled chicken. Definitely also recommend their Belgian Dubble. One of the best I’ve had.

very busy when we were there. the personal was very fast, so no time for personal touch. the service was fast and our server was very good at the menu and the beer available. I had added a grilled chicken salad pine, kraisine, speck hard boiled egg. the salate and the honey-mustard dressing were good; but try to make the a little dry huh in bite size pieces created a chaos on the table. good beer. I live in Denver and have the opportunity to eat at some of the best brewpubs in Colorado and Shamrock Brewing Company is one of my favorites. The beer has always been outstanding and the food great. Try some of the Chef’s seafood specials or stick with the Irish entrees, corned beef (way better than any I have ever tasted) or one of the boxtys. Also a great place to watch the games in the pub. Flat panels everywhere!

It had been a while since we’ve been to Shamrock and we’re so glad we came back! Service was great (shout out to Shelby! and the food was sooooo good. Green Chile Mac and cheese is the ultimate comfort food (especially on a Colorado 40 degree day in May and the wings were exceptional. On the recommendation of Shelby, we got Jameson BBQ and red head heat, and oh man! This is a low key, high quality place….check it out when in Pueblo! And….solid beer selection to boot!
