"Ever since my family moved to the westside of El Paso, this has been our main Red Lobster we go to for lunch and the occasional birthday celebration! They are always giving constant great service! I can't think of one time where we have had a bad experience here. From 2013-2016, we used to come here once a week after I would get my chemotherapy and they always were very accommodating with my situation and made sure to it us away from people since I was immune compromised and to this day, with my newly diagnosed CVID, they still are very accommodating to my disability. They have life long customers in my family and I!"

"Red Libster will always eat one of my favorite places, from beginning to end. My son wanted Red Lobster for his 19. Birthday and we were not disappointed. Our server Dolly was amazing. She was very attentive to our needs, she made sure that my son felt good about his decision to go to Red Lobster. Our order was 100% correct, hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. Our drinks were delicious, always an extra shot because I swear the originals have no alcohol at all) my 2 years old ate every bite of their popcorn shrimps and most of my shrimps. My sons Steak were super juicy and tender. We were completely satisfied and so glad we came here for his birthday.. Oh, yeah, they even sang happy birthday to him. GREAT JOB DOLLY AND STAFF."

"Welcoming and professional staff. The staff provided efficient and friendly service in a clean environment with appropriate decor. Food was great! What really impressed me was the owner himself. I have a picky eater. She was disappointed that they didn?t have her go to that day, asparagus. He quickly recognized this, if I was to guess he may have had or has a finicky eater at home; or he was used to catering to little food critics in his restaurant. This gentleman went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had something to eat so we all could enjoy our meal, together. My mother and I could relax and eat our meal knowing that she had something to eat. Any owner willing to not only include a 9 year old, but personally make sure that she also has a great dining experience, has my utmost respect."

"Red Lobster WAS one of my favorite restaurants until today's experience!!! My mouth dropped when I read the price for Pick 2 Shrimp dinner for $22???!!??? I've never paid more than $17 for that it also included soup or salad one side. Now the Pick 2 Shrimp went up $5 they took away the soup/salad being included. If you want a salad that will be used as your one side. The shrimp scampi were always served in the oval like dish, soaked in that garlic butter sauce. I received my shrimp on a plate with very little garlic butter sauce on the shrimp. The other person with me ordered the Chicken Alfredo. No side was included the portion size was so much smaller than before. To make everything worse our server was horrible!!!! I asked for extra napkins. I received only one tiny paper towel . (See pictures below) We asked for more biscuits when our meal was served. We never received them until after our meal that's only because I asked half way through our meal on when he was bringing the biscuits out. The server walked past our table about 15 times never picked up our plates. He wasn't carrying anything to not be able to grab the plates. The manager came by removed them. No refills were offered. The restaurant wasn't busy at all. The sever only had a few tables. Don't get me wrong, I don't have a problem paying for a $20+ meal but I except it to be at a higher class atmosphere, have at least a salad included with the meal have one side to choose from and a server who cares about their customers. I am extremely disappointed with Red Lobster price increases with a lot less food. This was my final time eating at Red Lobster."

"Seated within a min of arrivalMy server, Banan, came quickly with a friendly greeting to take my order with promises of my bread and drinks arriving shortly. Like clockwork, my drink, bread, and appetizer came soon after without much of a wait. My appetizer was the mussels. They were ok. I wouldn’t get them again. I then ordered the meal for two which comes with two 7oz steaks, two lobster tails, two shrimp skewers, and a sizable amount of bacon topped Mac and cheese. I picked fries and broccoli as the sides as it was necessary for any entree on the menu. Steak was order medium rare and one was at that temp but the other was well done. The lobster was delicious as was the shrimp. I wish the broccoli had more seasoning as it was pretty bland even with help of the salt and pepper at the table. The fries are best eaten hot. I saved them thinking I would eat them after finishing most of my entree but they were not good cold. All in all, the meal was good and I’ll give it another try here but probably something else on the menu. I do want to give a shout-out to my server Banan. She was extremely attentive and made sure my experience as great as possible. She also ran my out my card I accidentally left on my exit."

"Unfortunately we had a poor experience at Red Lobster. This began with the server wiping off food from the appetizer plates as he was dropping them off at our table. We had to request clean replacements. Only drink was delivered and we had to request the remaining once he finally realized they hadn't been delivered. of meals were dropped off minutes before the final meal. "Our server, Red, was absolutely fantastic! Personable and quick with everything including extras. I took one star off because their shrimp Alfredo pasta is nit at all like it used to be. The sauce had no taste and the pasta was almost dry. Lots of shrimp though. It won't keep us from going there again but rest assured we definitely won't be ordering the shrimp with the pasta again. Neither will my friend she ordered the lobster? or crab?(can't remember which) with the Alfredo sauce. She sent hers back."

"We had a fantastic evening last night with Ali! We attended the endless shrimp event and ordered every single option except for the pasta—I didn't want to fill up on carbs. We also tried the two items from the secret menu, which were just as delicious as everything else! The fried calamari is a must-try; it's absolutely amazing! Ali was a fun and attentive server who understood that it took a little time to get through the endless orders, so she took our requests every time she brought out our plates. Overall, it was a five-star experience without a doubt!"

"The quality of food is very poor, I thought once they separated from Darden the food quality would certainly go up. The shrimp cocktail is not the same at all. It seems most of the variety of seafood offered is in fact frozen. I can only describe the taste as the inside of a freezer or refrigerator. It’s almost like there is no, flavor at all. I ordered the live main lobster, again the lobster seemed rubbery and again no, flavor at all. I requested steamed and cleaned, very simple. The fish n chips were also a major let down, the fish had no, flavor and was soggy. We were celebrating a birthday and just decided to skip desert, the crab legs that were ordered also seemed like they were not fresh, possibly frozen as well. I would have paid more per entree/item just to have fresh seafood, and to be honest, with a price point like that I would have thought it would have been fresh seafood anyway. My expectations for Red Lobster were short lived, and on top of the poor food quality at the end of the experience the evaluation from everyone was all the same, no, value and very poor food quality..."

"The shrimp was lightly battered and limp, the potato was cold, stiff and dried out, the Flounder was limp, lightly breaded and not at all like pictured, it was in tiny pieces chopped up. The salad was all hard pieces and carrots overkill, hardly had any of the other ingredients pictured..even the French fries were cool and limp...all the food was cool to the touch like it had been sitting out all day.And yet when I arrived, I had to wait about 4 minutes because the kitchen was behind. Was very disappointed. RL use to be known for great food and huge fresh helpings, now its expensive food not worth the cost. So remember just because it looks and appears nice, doesn't mean the food will be. Sorry to say they have seen the last of me if this is how their food is as a norm.PS: I tried to add RL menu pictures so you could see a side by side of what they say they serve and what we actually get, but my phone won't let me attach them. If I find out how soon, I'll post them so you can see the huge difference."

"Went with my husband and 3 kids. Only good thing was we got seated right away. The food was decent. Went for endless shrimp, our waiter kept avoiding our table, never asked how we were doing, if we needed anything after initially introducing herself as our waitress. I had to constantly call her over and see seemed annoyed by that. For the endless shrimp, the waitress act as if I’m asking her to bring the shrimp from her house, everytime I ordered more. She told me I could only order one at a time, I said ok, understandable. Then when she brought what I ordered which took forever!!!! I ordered more because it seems like they are taking forever in the kitchen(and like I mentioned she disappears). She told me I have to finish what’s in-front of me first before I order more shrimp. Umm… What excuse me!!! So you’re telling me I have to look for you to order, then order, wait a long wait to get my one order of shrimp, then eat the one order of shrimp then I can order more shrimp!!!??? So much for endless shrimp !!!! A little advice if you’re going to advertise endless shrimp please put on that same advertisement “how you can order”. Mind you I called earlier to see if the restaurant participated in the promotion and ask how it works they never mentioned that. I should also add we didn’t just order endless, we had 3 orders of the ultimate feast amongst others menu items including drinks. I would definitely not go back. I don’t know if that only happens at this location or that’s how they do it. Either way I would not recommend!!!! Years ago probably before the pandemic we tried the endless shrimp promotion, twice, and it was not like this. Manager was no where in sight also or else I would ask for clarification. Forgot to mention I asked for parmesan(never received it). I had to remind her like 3 times for some biscuits. I believe the waitress name was Jennifer."

"I’ll only talk about the service and food, and avoid all the talk about how we ended up here. Our waitress was pleasant and took our drink orders. All of our meals came with salads, but apparently they ran out of romaine lettuce for Caesar salads, which is the only salad listed on the menu. We ended up with garden salads. The salads came out and the lettuce looked old. I ordered steak and shrimp and guess what, the cook forgot to cook my shrimp and left it off my plate. My steak I know it’s not a steak house, was awful. It was dry and tough. When I asked about my shrimp she said it would only take about minutes, “because it’s only shrimp,” well it took almost minutes, which is not normally a big deal but by then I was done with my meal. My boyfriend had the lobster bisque soup which tasted like it came out of a can. You would think a restaurant called Red Lobster would do lobster dishes really well. Our waitress never ask if we wanted any refills on drinks, we literally had to ask every single time. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy. The manager who was walking around, throwing plastic cups in the air, never came by to ask how our meal was, and he passed out table several time. Overall it was a really poor experience. I do not recommend this place"

"Still the only real choice for seafood in norman. Granted this is a chain, yes the biscuits are the best thing there. but they do have fresh fish options and there seafood is consistent. As far as too much salt goes from another review i personally have not eaten salt in over 5 years and i did not detect saltiness in the last 2 times we've eaten there. I looked at the other reviewers history and he tends to deal in the negative with a lot of fast food reviews?? And as the place is always packed that should verify that the food is at least decent which it is. After trying the big tuna which was a let down red lobster is the only REAL choice for fish in norman period."

"I absolutely love Red Lobster! The food is consistently delicious and the prices are always reasonable. The biscuits are incredibly scrumptious, and there’s a wide variety of meals to choose from. I opted for the three-course meal, which included lobster bisque, coconut prawns, and shrimp Alfredo, all of which were fantastic. My husband had the salad, shrimp Alfredo, and shrimp cocktail, and he enjoyed every bit of it as well. I always indulge in the giant glass of strawberry mojito because it’s just so tasty. "My wife and I went to red lobster with friends, we weren 't sure what to expect, in terms of wait and service, it had been a while since we last went. The wait was very fast we were seated in a private area by the bar. Our friends and I ordered the endless shrimp which was served fast! I tried the Mediterranean skewers, The spicy breaded, and shrimp scampi. The meal came with a baked potato (best I 've ever had) and a salad. My wife got the chicken strips and French fries which were her favorite. Amazing! in her words our server was the best! Very polite and engaging, fast and attentive service. She made the visit get to 5 stars. She brought the famous cheesy biscuits with the menus so really no complaints. A great place with great service and a very reasonable price! I definitely recommend you do yourself a favor and stop in for an enjoyable meal!"

"It's been a long time since I've been to a Red Lobster restaurant but it requested for a birthday celebration so that was non negotiable. The food here is nothing special but they offer a pretty good variety. However, it all comes at a fairly hefty price for a franchise joint. There are many unique 5 star restaurants that offer better quality for the same price or even less. But I enjoyed my stuffed flounder topped with Lobster cream sauce nonetheless. The cheddar bay biscuits are a staple and always delicious. Our waitress (Chanel) was very efficient, friendly and attentive to our party of nine. Several in our party ate the Endless Shrimp special which was probably the best deal going."
