"Since moving to Texas, we’ve discovered our favorite pizza place. The d’Lish pizza is my top choice because it has the perfect amount of toppings for me. I always order extra garlic sauce, but I was disappointed during my last few orders as I didn’t receive the extras I paid for. I called to express my disappointment this evening when it happened again, and shortly after, a staff member (maybe the manager?) came to my house to personally apologize. They also provided us with several extra cups of garlic sauce (we really love our garlic sauce around here). The customer service was fantastic, and I appreciate how they addressed the issue. We’ll definitely continue to order our favorite pizza from them!"

"This review is strictly based on this location, and not mr jims as a whole because normally mr Jim’s is great. However, I ordered a pizza with no meat as the person I’m sharing it with cannot eat meat, and instead I get a pizza with everything on it with not only meat but things I’m allergic to as well. No big, I understand, but I call to try and remedy the situation. I called originally at 2pm, and it is now 2:52 and there hasn’t even been someone to pick up the phone to tell me they’re busy, and a timeline when they can get to me. 50 minutes is too long to be on hold in the middle of their shift with no answer, it’s a shame the customer service is so bad at this location, when it is so out of the norm for the company as a whole"

"We ordered the three dlish deal. It only takes us 10 minutes to get to that location. As soon as we ordered we waited 5 minutes to head that way. We arrived there to get our pizza and cinnasticks. As soon as we got home. Which was only 10 minutes. When we opened the pizzas up they were cold. So I called the location on Davis where we got it. Explained it to the manager. Who said they didn't do anything wrong and lied and said we ordered at 828pm which we did. The lie was he said we picked it up at 911. When arrived there way before then as you will see in the photo. We stopped at a gas station on the same route home for gas at 911. We asked for a refund and he repeatedly said he did nothing wrong. So I asked for corporates number. No return call from corporate. The pizza was cold. Crust was hard. Wasn't cut right. The only thing done right was the cinnasticks. Attached is the pictures. I have been a gm at pizza place and a worker. They used an old pizza set to the side for 2 of the three pizzas is what happened."

"I don?t know why my son?s name came up when the account is in my name but my name is Mary and I am the one leaving the review. Mr. Jim?s pizza is usually delicious and has always been perfect in the past. However, the last two orders we haveplaced have been unsatisfactory to say the least. The first time was a few weeks ago. We get the order home and my garden saladis lettuce. Only lettuce. So I said okay maybe someone forgot to add the the veggies. Then I realized they didn?t give me theranch to go on my lettuce. So at this point I?m getting a little frustrated but agin, Mr. Jim?s is usually on point so I thoughtok, they are having an off day at Mr. Jim?s. Then we get to the pizza and the pizza is burned. The crust didn?t have the garlicParmesan crust like we ordered. It was plain. We agreed that this day was just a fluke. We ate it and moved on. Today we orderMr. Jim?s again and granted they said I could still place an order at 8:50, they close at 9pm. So I was really happy. As we weredriving home I realized they didn?t give me a item from my order. At this time they are closed so I can?t call or go back to getit so I just go home disappointed because I?m now remembering last order. Sure enough we get home and the pizza is burned again(photo added). I am really disappointed in Mr. Jim?s. I don?t know what is going on but y?all need to get it together. I?m sureI am not the only customer this is happening too. My family is worried we will not order from Mr. Jim?s again. I?m sure we willbut I will be sure to check the order for all my items and check the quality of the food before I leave the store movingforward."

"Worst pizza I’ve ever had!! Jim’s takes advantage of customers who request delivery. I paid for extra cheese and had it delivered by Door Dash. They didn’t add extra cheese but charged me for it and barely added any meat and I order Beef Pepperoni and did not include Parmesan cheese I requested. Also didn’t bother to seal the box, so for all I know the delivery driver could have touched my pizza because the box was slightly open when she handed it to me. Don’t waste your money! I had to search high low for the cheese I paid for cuz it wasn’t on the pizza and to be completely honest $5 would have been waaayy too much to pay for this trash. Notice the picture of the pizza"

"The customer service at this restaurant was excellent, the prices were very reasonable, and the staff was very patient while I placed my order. They didn't rush me to choose my toppings, and the pizza I had was absolutely wonderful - the best I've ever had. They also offer the option to have any pizza made in a heart shape, which is a nice touch."

"I got a "welcome to the neighborhood" coupon and decided to try Mrjims.pizza. Normally, I’m not a fan of fast food pizza, even from big chains like Pizza Hut or Domino's, but this place pleasantly surprised me. The cheese was really good quality, and the pepperoni, which I ordered double, had a great spicy flavor. I went with the thin crust this time, but I’m looking forward to trying the original crust on my next visit. Overall, I was very impressed!"

"Terrible experience...I ordered two small pizzas over the phone to pick up and pay for in person. When I arrived I told the guy at the counter my name and without verifying anything he hands me the pizzas and tells me I 'm good to go so I had to remind him I hadn 't paid (red flag)...I then handed him my debit card which he runs and the computer he was on froze...After calling 2-3 people over to help him and switching computers and swiping my card several more times one of his coworkers loudly and rudely says how my Card doesn 't have enough funds which was far from the case. Like I 'm totally trying to rip you guys off after you were going to let me walk out without paying and had to remind you...what a joke also this place is terribly over staffed with like 20 people standing around talking and barely any orders being made...Will never patron again!"

"The owner/manager even suggested he could come to my house to retrieve the payment! No one wants a stranger showing up at their home over a $36 order. After receiving countless calls and texts, on the fourth day, they sent me a list of their store charges, including the last four digits of various credit cards used that day. This raises serious privacy concerns! When I called Mr. Jim directly, he seemed completely unfazed by the situation. He was aware of what was happening and was the one who provided my card details to me. It's beyond unusual for a restaurant to go to such lengths over a payment issue. I suggest that they take the loss next time instead of harassing customers. For the record, my order was fully paid, and I communicated this to the manager on day three, but he didn’t seem to care."

"New Owners!!! It is great that his location is now open again with NEW OWNERS. The Mr. Jim ?s Supreme Pizza is the best in Granbury. Their new staff is very helpful and courteous. Personal note: In the past I was not a pizza lover and could go allyear not eating pizza. This was changed when I tried Mr. Jim?s Pizza. The bake, sauce, crust and ingredients make for anawesome pizza. I now will be having pizza for dinner at least twice a month. I have become a Mr. Jim?s Pizza lover."

"I usually avoid eating out because I try to maintain a healthy diet, but after a long day at work, I decided to treat myself to a large pepperoni pizza. Unfortunately, I should have inspected the pizza before leaving the restaurant. When I got home, I couldn't believe my eyes. The toppings were piled mostly on one side, making it very uneven. The crust was the worst part—it was irregular and difficult to tell where it had been cut. You can see in the picture that some of the cheese was hanging off the edge of the crust. I ended up throwing it away after just eating two slices because it was simply not good. I'm very disappointed."

"I ordered two pizzas and an order of cinnamon sticks from Mrjims.pizza. Unfortunately, everything was overcooked, especially the cinnamon sticks, which were burnt. I called and politely spoke with Chelsea about the issue, but she was dismissive and rude. Although she did offer to send a replacement order or provide a credit for a future purchase, I chose to have the order remade. After waiting over an hour, it became clear that wasn’t going to happen. My children, aged 6 and 10, were quite disappointed. The credit offered applies only to a future order, which feels frustrating since it doesn’t resolve the problem with the initial overcooked food."
