We made a order for delivery and it was cancelled when I called they didn't even know it had been cancelled they sent it out again and the order was wrong I'll NEVER order from them

I ordered a pizza to be delivered by Grub Hub. The pizza was ice cold and I PAID for cheese which was missing awful...I threw it in the dumpster because it was inedible!!! Glen Rose Mr Jim's was so good...this place is a terrible and EXPENSIVE disappointment!!! STAY AWAY!!!

I had my pizza delivered to my door without any notification. I happened to step outside because I live just 500 yards from the store, and it had taken over 45 minutes. When I finally got the pizza, it was cold, and I had to reheat it. For nearly $30, it just wasn’t worth it, and I won’t be ordering from them again. View menu

This was my first time ordering from Mrjims.pizza through online delivery. The delivery driver was very friendly, which I appreciated. However, the pizza I received wasn’t sliced, some of the toppings seemed undercooked, and the chicken wings I ordered extra crispy ended up being soft. Overall, this is not a place I would recommend.

I've ordered from here a few times, and I have to say I'm not very impressed. The prices are high, and the pizza lacks flavor; it's quite bland. I actually prefer pizza from the gas station (Race Track), where I can get a whole pizza for around $10, rather than from Mr. Jim's. If the pizza were better, I wouldn't mind paying more, but unfortunately, I'm not a fan.

New Owners!!! It is great that his location is now open again with NEW OWNERS. The Mr. Jim ?s Supreme Pizza is the best in Granbury. Their new staff is very helpful and courteous. Personal note: In the past I was not a pizza lover and could go allyear not eating pizza. This was changed when I tried Mr. Jim?s Pizza. The bake, sauce, crust and ingredients make for anawesome pizza. I now will be having pizza for dinner at least twice a month. I have become a Mr. Jim?s Pizza lover. View menu
