"The food at Isabella 's is fine but the service we experienced today was so subpar, I 'm not sure we will ever go back! We have been to Isabella 's several times over the past year and it was always good, pricey, but good. Today my companion and I got to Isabella 's after 1 pm in order to beat the lunch crowd. There was one table of 11 mature women, one table of a family of 5, and us. The large group had already been served their food but were having issues with the server getting their orders wrong. Let me cut to the chase...we seated ourselves as we were told to do. After 10 minutes, the server brought us menus and took our drink orders. He came back to verify our drink orders. He took our food orders then came back to verify that I also wanted a large pizza, just like my companion. 5 minutes later, he came back to ask us if he had taken our order. He never brought our salads and when reminded, he brought our salads. 2 minutes later he brought our pizzas but brought my companion a small instead of the large she ordered remember, he came back to ask me if I wanted a large pizza also . He told her he would get her a small pizza of the same type to go. The one on the table was raw and doughy. He said he would bring us napkins, plates, drink refills and a large box for my leftover pizza, but never brought any of those things. When we ordered we told him separate checks. He came at the end of the meal and asked if we were together or separate. We told him separate and I still didn 't have a box. He tried to give me a small styrofoam box for a large pizza. I told him I needed a larger box. He brought me a cardboard box with pizza grease stains and bits of crust in it. When he finally came back, I told him I would like a new box that hadn 't been already used and he questioned me insinuating that I had somehow stained the box. Every table around us never more than 4 at a time had orders wrong and complaints. I 'm not accusing or insinuating but, getting high at work is dangerous and leads to no tip! $32.00 for me large 2 topping pizza, small side salad, iced tea and $35.00 for my cousin large Isabella 's special pizza, small side salad, iced tea . Being served by a tweaker was free."
