"For appetizers, I tried the veg Masala samosa which came with a lovely sauce and greens with dressing. The samosas had a flakey crust and delicious spice mixture, and the dipping sauces were very tasty. They were even better than my previous favorite samosas from The Bombay Club in Washington DC.
Our entrees were kofta-a-sahib and mixed vegetable Rizala with basmati rice and garlic naan. Both dishes had deep flavors and a great spice combination. I especially liked how the Rizala incorporated local vegetables, making it unique. The presentation of the dishes was beautiful, and the basmati rice was perfectly fluffy. The garlic naan was delicious, with a generous amount of garlic.
Overall, the meal was delicious and the experience was great. I will definitely be returning to try more entrees and samosas. Anant offers plenty of vegetarian and vegan options for both appetizers and entrees, and there is ample parking in the shopping center lot."
