"This restaurant is extremely popular. On weekend evenings, be prepared to wait for about two hours for a table. It's best to visit during the week or earlier in the day. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Currently, only the mushroom broth can be made vegan. The menu on the website is outdated - it states that the tomato broth can be made vegetarian, but they informed us that it contains fish sauce. The physical menu reflects this change. Customers can choose their own ingredients, such as sweet, mushroom, tofu, and noodles, and cook them to their liking. The menu provides cooking times as a guide, but patrons have the freedom to cook for as little or as long as they prefer. If they have leftovers, they can take them home to finish cooking. The mushroom broth was delicious on its own. Our waitress recommended using the sauce bar to add a different flavor, as moss is the only vegan option. Next time, I plan to be more adventurous and try three different broths. The restaurant has a cute design that makes you feel like you're eating outside, with bamboo and panda decorations on the walls and floors."
