"Went around 5 pm when they opened for dinner on a Saturday and was able to get a table immediately for our party of 5. Their ordering system is pretty efficient on your phone where you can select up to 15 items per order and they place it all on your table each time a staff member or robot brings the items out. There's also a nice sauce bar in the back with some side dishes and fruits. I love that they have the option to choose the big shared hot pot or individual hot pots where you can now choose two different flavors for the individual ones too! I got the sukiyaki broth and mushroom broth which were both really nice. The sukiyaki was more meaty and sweet while the mushroom one was more mild and light. The quality of their meat was pretty good and had the classic options of pork, beef and lamb to choose from. My sister's favorite was the lamb and the rest of us really enjoyed their wagyu that came with an egg yolk to mix with and was super soft. Their assortment of vegetables, seafood and others were standard as well as the portions that came out each time were decent. Something we also loved was the other menu items they had such as the spring rolls, chinese donut, sesame balls and fried buns with condensed milk. They all came out steaming hot and so crispy. Highly recommend going near opening time for no wait as the line does get long later in the night and love going here to get dinner with family or a group of friends."

This is one of my favorite AYCE hot pot places in the Bay Area. The meats are very fresh, my favorite is their supreme beef and they are very generous with the portions! They have a wide selection of veggies, meats and side dishes which include cooked food as well. Service is great and fast. There is a QR code for you to scan to order up to 12 dishes per round and the food will come out within a few minutes. They have a nice sauce bar along with side dishes and fruit.

I could say my brother is a regular here haha. I finally had a chance to come by and join him for the first time! I love how each person can have their individual pot and can choose two different soup base! Their soup was actually pretty tasty compared to some hotpot places I had been to! It's all you can eat so we definitely ordered all kinds of meat! My favorite meat was the wagyu! It was thick though if you guys like that. I also loved their variety of sauces because I am picky at my sauces when I go to hotpot places! The workers there were friendly and nice! Inside was pretty big and clean! View menu

I had an amazing experience at the all-you-can-eat lunch here! At just $23.99, it's an incredible deal. Just look at the generous portions of meat they serve! They really don’t skimp on anything, and thanks to the robots handling service, food arrives super quickly. The ordering system allows you to request three items per person every 10 minutes, which can add up to a lot of food if you manage your time well. The broth is also delicious, even better than many other all-you-can-eat hot pot places I've visited. Overall, this restaurant offers excellent value for your money. Great food, friendly service, and a fantastic price—I'll definitely be coming back!

We came by this past Monday when they opened for lunch. There were only a few tables during lunch time. Ordering was easy via the QR code. They have a sauce bar with condiments and sauces. 90 minute time limit for ayce You can choose between hot pot or kbbq $24 before tax and tip for lunch. All-you-can-eat hot pot: Supreme Pot is an all-you-can-eat hot pot restaurant, which means you can eat as much as you want for a set price. This is a great option for people who love hot pot and want to try a variety of dishes. The venue is spacious and has both human and robot cat waiters. Nice well stocked sauce bar with tons of options. You can get get hot pot or bbq grill but not both. Of all the meat options, the lamb stands out as the freshest and most flavorful. They give you the QR code and you have to order off of one phone within your party. Personally, I highly lean towards the house special spicy broth Chinese herbal broth. Overall a nice, modern, AYCE hot pot venue with affordab... View menu

After a long day of moving, I had a wonderful time relaxing here with friends! We were a group of four, and I was pleasantly surprised that we were seated in under a minute, even on a busy Friday night. Each person can choose their own individual pot or broth if they prefer not to share, which is a great option. You place your food orders directly through your phone, and while there's a limit of 10 items per order, you can order more after a 10-minute wait. The lamb and beef were incredibly delicious, and the vegetables were fresh and crisp. The sauce bar was clean and well-organized, and the restaurant wasn’t too crowded, which added to the pleasant atmosphere. Overall, the service was effi...

As for the food, the beef belly and beef strips were definitely the standout options for me; they were tender and not tough at all. The sauce bar was also impressive, offering a wide variety of options for different flavor combinations. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by one staff member’s attitude. When my wife inquired about the ingredients in the house sauce due to allergy concerns, our server replied that they weren't sure, suggesting it might be vegetable oil. When we asked another staff member, he guessed it was canola oil. When my wife turned to another girl working there for clarification, she brusquely said, "Why are you asking everyone the same question when they already t...
