"Today, I went in to place an order and to retrieve the remake. When I spoke with the management, they seemed to have forgotten our previous conversation entirely! I reiterated my name and phone number and explained the situation again. Management stated that they needed to take down my details and look for my original order. Despite my explanations, they insisted they had never encountered such issues in their 40 years of business and refused to honor the promise for the remake.
This experience has made me decide it's my last visit. While I enjoy the food, I cannot accept this level of poor customer service. Is it really that difficult to resolve a simple issue with a burger?"
