"Today, I went in to place an order and to retrieve the remake. When I spoke with the management, they seemed to have forgotten our previous conversation entirely! I reiterated my name and phone number and explained the situation again. Management stated that they needed to take down my details and look for my original order. Despite my explanations, they insisted they had never encountered such issues in their 40 years of business and refused to honor the promise for the remake. This experience has made me decide it's my last visit. While I enjoy the food, I cannot accept this level of poor customer service. Is it really that difficult to resolve a simple issue with a burger?"

If you love a good burger with a homemade taste this is your place!!! Super clean, great food! The fries were really good and so was their ranch dressing. Speedy service and lots of dining space.

I order a veggie burger from here two times I also ordered cheese fries I didn't like them very much but then the next day I ordered Cajun fries the were so much better the burger great no compliance about it . But the fries can use a little bitimprovement

This was our first visit and it was a great experience. 1. The staff was AMAZING 2. They have turkey veggie pattie options ? big plus (I can't eat beef) 3. CAJUN FRIES were delicious ? definitely recommend our food was delicious Thank you Chapps We'll definitely be back

I love reading the reviews AFTER I eat in a joint. My burger was delicious. I'm sitting here with the Giggles. Loved it all the way to the brown paper bag that missed me home (Chgo). I have the sweet potato fries. I'm trying to think if I can come back and not be a fat LOL.

This place was great! It was our first time eating here. The bacon cheeseburger was so tasty. The meat had tons of flavor. The fries are fresh cut and not dry. The onion rings had a great crunchy batter on them. Also very tasty. Next time I'm going to try the chicken sandwich. View menu

Here’s the breakdown of my order from Uber Eats: - 1 Bacon Cheeseburger with Swiss Cheese: $12.77 - 1 Swiss Cheese, Grilled Onions, and Mushroom Blue Cheeseburger: $10.53 - 1 Classic Seasoned Fries: $2.79 - 1 Cajun Fries: $3.29 - Uber Eats Fees and Tip: $23.49 It totaled $52.87, which is a bit much. I would have given it five stars, but I lost one because of the overall price.
