This was a problem for me as I am allergic to cinnamon. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they brushed me off and refused to take any responsibility. No refund, no apology. It's concerning that they are not transparent about where their baked goods come from, especially considering the potential risks for those with allergies. Overall, a disappointing and frustrating experience."
