"We decided to switch to the Cowboy Burger, opting for cheddar cheese instead of bacon, but it turned out that the American cheese, which was supposed to be included, was missing. When we brought this up, the waiter suggested we should have been clearer with our request, but I don't think substituting one ingredient should mean losing another.
When we pointed out the missing cheese again, the waiter got upset and raised his voice. All we received in terms of compensation was a mere $2 discount, which felt inadequate considering the experience. Coming from Finland, where customer service is highly valued, we found this very surprising.
We really chose this place for its atmosphere, but unfortunately, the food and overall experience fell short of our expectations. Next time, we'll definitely consider going to Ollie's or another spot instead. Not recommending this place."
