"Lovely interior, crisp service, delicious dishes. But you 'll have to shout at your table companions, esp if you sit along the wall (the sound bounces).Good bottle of chianti classico. The Italian margarita was very lemony and bright. My friend had a drink with campari. She liked it.The mushroom soup was exquisite. Very fresh and innovative, rich and creamy, full flavored with bits of mushrooms and a great touch of blue cheese which made a wonderful contrast of sharp flavor against the dark smoothness of the soup. The baked brie appetizer had a generous mix of nuts and fresh woodland berries and a great piece of cheese. The pastry was thin and crisp and completely ruined by being drowned in caramel sauce. It wasn 't a drizzle. It was enough for sundae. It swamped the rich warm flavor of the brie the way hyper sweet toppings on a Starbucks crushes the coffee flavor. It needed a light drizzle of some sort of berry sauce instead to keep the dish light and flavorful. The small house salad is a good size. You could throw some shrimp on it for a great lunch. Delicious mix.The lamb was a generous portion with a good mix of greens and some berries to compliment the flavor. The others had duck and a shrimp and pasta dish. I didn 't try the duck but the shrimp was big, meaty and perfectly cooked. The desserts were had were the cheesecake and the bombolini, some kind of pastry balls with ganache. I didn 't like the texture of the cheesecake; it seemed lumpy. But the lavender granite was amazing! Great texture, surprising flavor. I 'd love a whole dish of just that. The ganache was intensely rich and delicious, and the prosecco whip was scrumptious. But no espresso?! Over all, a terrific dinner."

"I am totally not happy about my experience here. I 've had appetizers here before after a round of golf. This time I went with my girlfriend after work to grab a bite for lunch. We were between here and Roy 's. I was in golf attire and preferred to be nicer dressed for Roy 's. We ate at Sticks where our reservation was for. We got a decent window seat inside. It was not very busy, maybe half full. So we order and nothing is saying wow eat me, to me. We started with the calamari, which could have been fried a tad longer, it was not as crisp as it should have been and had more of an oily taste to it. Maybe the oil wasn 't hot enough. The oil coated the inside of my mouth. I ordered the California Burger, mistake.... My girlfriend ordered the mahi mahi burger. She asked for the Sriracha aioli on the side because she wasn 't sure how spicy it may be. Said that three times on two different visits from our waitress. I asked that I have no lettuce, tomato, or red onion on mine and if I could add grilled onions. Somehow bacon jam kept coming up despite the CA burger having mashed avocado, jack cheese and bacon on it. Our waitress was confused by what I said, and then said I was making it too complicated and the cooking staff would not be happy with it being really busy . I ordered fries with mine and tots for my friend. The fries were super salted, like line of salt on the fries. Tots did not arrive with the mahi mahi burger. Our waitress was no where to be found. Luckily a nice young gentleman came out, wish I would have got his name, but he was helpful. Brought out the tots and apologized for the sriracha aioli being on the mahi mahi burger. Asked for a side of the slaw without the aioli since the one on the burger was drenched in it. The mashed avocado on the CA burger was so heavily laddened with some sort of acid- bottled lemon juice? It overpowered the taste of the burger. Burger was well done, prefer a medium. It tasted blah for a $20+ burger. I literally ate half, should have stopped after the first bite but I smothered it in sriracha aioli which hid the bad taste. Our waitress never came to check on us until almost the very end. She was busy serving other tables. I think what I hate the most is when you get judged by your appearance. What table will give a better tip or spend more money... All patrons should be treated the same especially at the Pebble Beach resorts, they are set to a slightly higher standard because that is what is portrayed. This is why I chose to eat at home over going out. Why fork out the money for mediocre food? Thought about dessert than decided spending over $80 on three items was enough."

"Ended up walking out before getting anything...Made a reservation ahead of time for Mothers Day at 3:30, shortly after they stopped serving their Mothers Day brunch. Even called earlier in the day to verify our reservation. The entryway was packed with people as they clearly struggled with changing over to the dinner rush, and they did not appear to actually have records of any reservations on their computer. After waiting for about 10 minutes, we were seated shortly after our reservation time. We had water at the table immediately from the busser, but otherwise received no attention from the staff. After about 25 minutes of multiple staff members completely ignoring us as they walked by, the busser brought a third bottle of water for our table and we asked if we had a server. Shortly after, a server came, and without acknowledging the delay, proceeded to take our drink and appetizer order. (When asked how we were doing, we didn 't complain and just politely said good, how are you , to which she responded I 'll let you know when I go home )After another 20 minutes of being ignored, and watching the tables that got seated just before and AFTER us receive both their drink and food orders, we gave up and got up to leave. Finally, as we walked out, we happened to walk past the server who asked again How are we doing , to which we simply said we were leaving. We told the bar staff (who did seem concerned) on our way out why we were leaving, as there was no one at the host stand. After having enjoyed both take out and eating in here previously, we were very surprised at the complete lack of service and will honestly not go back given this experience."
