"The owner , is the woman that answered the phone , I asked about the price of a 6 piece chicken special , she say no we don’t have that, and I told her I used to buy this special, she says NO and hung up the phone on the me while I was still interested in buying the wings for whatever price it was . I called back and I told her why did you hang up on me? Informed her that what she did was really rude , I also added I’m a customer of yours for years. I would walk in and placed my orders with you . She doesn’t care who I am, she says you don’t know what you want and continued to yell and scream at me over the phone.She has zero customer service skills in person and over the phone .How are you running a business and scream and yell at customers over the phone like, You are giving the food away! I am a paying customer .I had enough of her verbal abuse and rude behavior! I’m done"
