"My daughter and I decided to grab lunch, and I went with my usual choice: the ground beef chimichanga meal. When it arrived, it was served hot, but after just one bite, I could tell something was off. I opened it up to verify the beef and was shocked to find it pink and undercooked. Unfortunately, our server didn’t check on us at all, and when he finally brought the bill, I politely mentioned the issue with the raw meat. He subsequently sent the manager over to handle the situation. Rather than addressing my concerns seriously, the manager laughed it off and insisted that beef has “color” and that the kitchen closely monitors the meat’s temperature. He took my plate, which still had the whole chimichanga on it, and instructed our server to inform me that I was not being truthful. I left feeling obligated to pay for a meal that was not only inedible but also returned due to being undercooked. They claimed that the same meat had been served to all customers that day. I strongly recommend avoiding this place!"
