"I went 5 minutes with no drink with my mouth on fire while my waiter threw himself through the silver doors to kitchen followed by a round of applause and laughter. He did this 4 times until he finally heard my raised voice and my finger pointing at him. He refilled my drink. I told him I would need another quickly. His Manager started taking care of our table. When I told no guacamole, he said oh, we'll put it on the side. I said put it on my wife's plate. He said no, on the side. I finally raised my voice and told him not to put guacamole anywhere on my plate. He delivered our meals. My wife had ordered Xtra sour cream and got a good size dish. I got a teaspoon on top of shredded lettuce. I asked for extra sour cream. He said you have some there on your plate. I said that will not be enough. He pointed at my wife's bowl. I said, that is for her dinner. With the Manager came up to hear the waiter inform me Sour Cream is not free. She asked is there a problem? I said yes, this young man says I have plenty of sour cream and it isn't free. I want more sour cream for my fajitas. From that point she took over. My bill. From what I can figure my bill should have been $49. It was $58 but I was not allowed a detailed receipt. I left a $10 tip for the Manager. You have been our favorite Mexican restaurant for somewhere near 9 years. We come from Anderson to eat there. We will be finding a new Mexican Restaurant."

"Customer service is non existent! The jerk taking the orders and working up front did not put our online orders in, not just one order but two, then said I got busy and forgot to put the orders in it?s okay I will put them in now. There were maybe 3 tablesof customers ???? No I?m sorry nothing just blew it off and could have cared less. Then after we waited for about 20 moreminutes for our food and were told we could have margaritas while we wait, supposedly no charge for the inconvenience, we wereagain insulted by having to prove we paid for our online orders. Obviously he was not competent enough to take the order and putit in so why expect him to be able to read and see we already paid. Then gives us a ticket for the margaritas! These were compdue to the inconvenience, he said no they are not free. This was discussed with him and the waiter. He was belligerent and rudeto all 3 of us! I have never in my life! The one order that was ready was cold, the other order was the wrong food and wasdisgusting and mine was the only one that was okay. My friend called back to address the incorrect order and got no where buthung up on! The food is not good anyway so none of us will ever be back! I guess that explains why the place is empty when wepick up our food! I?m sure this will be the next business to fold and all because of rude and nasty people running it! Plenty ofother way better Mexican restaurants and I would recommend going to one of those if I were you!"

"After waiting for my 3 hard shell tacos in the drive thru for over 15 minutes because they offer was ready but they forgot about it and it sat, the tacos were soggy and fell apart. I went in the restaurant to explain to the manager and told him I just wanted my money back and he replied no that he would cook me 3 more tacos. I said no thanks I'm just going to go elsewhere and then he explained that he didn't have a key to the register so therefore he couldn't give me my money back. I explained that I would wait until the next transaction with the register and when it opened he could then obtain my refund of $6.89. He angryly walked off and after a couple minutes a female employee came over and explained that I would get a refund but I had to go back through the drive thru in order to get it!! I said, I'm standing right here in the restaurant by the same register that is used for the drive thru and why can't you just give me my refund now and save me the trouble of getting back in the drive thru line and having to wait. The male manager then walked up and said that was their company policy and if I wanted my refund then that's what I would have to do. So, I got back in my car and drove back through the drive thru and 10 minutes later received my refund. Can you believe that!!! I have noticed that since this COVID thing, some restaurants and people have become pure lazy, ignorant fools that could care less about anything. People, just do your jobs and if you don't like what you do then either quit or find another job!!"
