"Got this for delivery and it is up there for the worst Italian food I have ever had before. Got veal parmigiana, mozzarella sticks, and chocolate cake. The veal was basically a premade veal patty (not worth the $2 extra). The cheese tasted weird and sweet. The mozzarella sticks were soggy and the marinara sauce was bright red and also super sweet. Whatever roll i had on the side that came with the meal was the single worst piece of bread I have ever had in my life. The chocolate cake was average, must have been premade and purchased wholesale and not made in house."

"We had a great waitress at 2:30 this afternoon. She was very friendly and the food was delicious. I wish I could have taken her home with me. I had trouble transferring the food to my plate due to an injury on my wrist, and she noticed and immediately offered to help. She even cleaned up the mess I made on the table to prevent it from getting on my clothes. She went above and beyond. I wish I knew her name. She was fantastic. Thank you, and once again, the food was amazing! I absolutely love this place."

"Overall, still quite good, but make sure to request your order to be cooked 'well done' for a better experience. The conveyor ovens they currently use can be inconsistent and often cook too quickly, so asking for it well done ensures it is fully cooked. The lunch express remains a great value, and waiting in line or for a little bit is actually a positive sign; it means you’re more likely to receive a fresh pizza. When it’s prepared properly, it tastes just like you remember, but if it’s undercooked, it ends up tasting more like a mix of ingredients than an actual pizza. The coming decade will be crucial—will they be able to maintain their quality, or will it continue to decline gradually?"

"I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food and service were both excellent. For dinner, I found the prices to be reasonable, averaging around $30 to $50 per person. "Service was sub par from beginning. Our party walked in, said we made opentable reservations and server told us they don’t do reservations. It’s a byob by the way which I don’t remember seeing on menu or info section. Anyway about halfway through dinner a completely different person/server comes up with our check and presents it to us. I was so taken a back and asked if they didn’t have dessert this evening. She said oh they do but close at 10 (we reserved for 9 and arrived at 8:30 . I said well we might order dessert and proceeded to ask my guest who wasn’t sure- why would she? We saw on original menu but no one came up to give us dessert menu. Woman comes back and starts clearing before anyone was finished. I asked if they were closing soon and she said 10. (Why do they take reservations at 10?! She then came back and asked if we decided. Obviously we were not wanted and they did not want us there. We took the check and left. Food was ok- I had chicken Marsala. The Marsala was watery and lacked flavor. Pasta was over cooked which was spaghetti underneath. Will not be back. Service was terrible and description on opentable was not as described. I would not consider this place authentic. I saw other people with unfinished pasta and salads. Maybe salad is the thing to order. Oh and when we left and got into the car we looked at the time- it was 9:11pm."

"This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I arrived around 2 p.m. for a late lunch. Ashley, our server, provided excellent service throughout our meal. We started with the homemade rolls, which were absolutely delicious. I ordered the Chicken Diavola, and it was good, while my husband chose the ravioli with meatballs, which he found to be even better! We also enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco, but my only complaint was that it wasn't served in an ice bucket to keep it cold. Additionally, be aware that they don't offer fresh grated cheese for the dishes. Overall, we had great service, generous portions, and decent food. The lunch prices were incredibly affordable, especially considering the amount of food we received. We'll definitely order from here again, likely for takeout next time so we can enjoy fresh grated cheese and adjust the spice level of the sauce to our liking at home."
