"I would give it 10 stars if I could! Our experience began with a friendly waitress who genuinely aimed to please, and she certainly succeeded. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and her expertise was evident, especially since she was born and raised in Houma! This was our second visit to Houma; years ago, we dined at a place called La Trouvaille, which was outstanding but is no longer in business. After 20 years, we reminisced about it and hoped to find another authentic Cajun meal. We definitely did at Boudreaux and Thibodeau!"
