"A week ago, late in the evening, my son and I found ourselves hungry and wanted to get Indian food. We Googled and found Indian Bistro, which online says is open until 9:30 pm, but it actually closes at 9:00 pm on weekdays. Despite arriving just 30 minutes before closing, the staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and willingly taking our order. The food surpassed our expectations, being both delicious and generous in terms of sauces and meat—the essentials. However, the portion of rice was on the smaller side, which is fine since we didn’t go there to eat rice ; . Considering we paid over $30 for two dishes, bread and a drink, we expected better quality plates and containers, but they were very flimsy. When you open the containers, it can get a bit messy. The place is perfect for a take out. The Chicken Tikka Masala was delicious but had no kick, even though we didn’t request it to be mild. The Lamb dish was delicious, full of flavor. Because you get so much delicious sauces, we just made fresh rice, and had dinner next day. The paratha bread was another highlight, so delicious that I ordered couple extra pieces home. The staff, didn’t mind even though they were closing in a few minutes. If you want a good Indian to go food this is a place. We will definitely be ordering from there again"
