"Before Covid, this specific location was always on point. Fast, easy, inexpensive local seafood without any of the fuss. Sierra is an excellent waitress that focuses on details, and makes sure you get the best every time I would go out of my way to call ahead of time to see if she was working, because I genuinely enjoyed her company, and also because that 's how good she is. Now it 's a hit or miss. The other night was a HUGE miss! I got a whole 2lb lobster with a side salad for pickup. The lobster was raw. When I say raw, I mean, so raw that when I finally got the claws open, both sides slid out, one was still goey from being raw. The tail was so raw that it was still the translucent gray with a translucent pink at the 'ribcage ' of the lobster, and the claws shells were mostly black still. I had to deshell the entire thing which is 10x harder when the shell isn 't cooked properly, and then cook it myself. Once it was done, it tasted great, but this is a serious health code issue, and for the price I shouldn 't have had to cook my own food after working 12 hours. Had I not known any better I would have tried to eat the lobster, and could have become extremely ill. I called to let them know, but I have no idea if she told them or not. Just thought since this is a franchise, that the owner should know."
