The food was not good the pasta was dry the stuff mushrooms was over season and falling out separately

our server was amazing. she was really attentive and gave great recommendations. we haven't been to red lobster for years, so I'm glad we decided to go. eating was phenomenal.

Came for their Tuesday $24 pound of crab legs special and boyyyy did it hit the spot! Best deal one could get for some crab legs! Got a good like 3-4 clusters w the delicious roasted garlic butter seasoning they offer. Definitely will be coming more often on Tuesdays for this. Our waitress was so polite and attentive. Came here and I must Ssat the service was horrible. I was seated in the dinning area and waitress 10 minutes and no one came to greet me provide me with any service. I escorted myself to the bar and then received better service but still bad. The food was ok. The bartender was very disengaged given I was the only customer at the bar. I probably would not return due to the bad service I received.

amazing experience in this special red lobster restaurant in cross country shopping center. we had a long day and the children were grumpy and hungry. we tried and did not regret it at all. the service was amazing. the waitress made us feel so welcome. eating was amazing and the music was great. children had a good time and really loved eating. must try if they are in the cross county shopping center, yonkers . much fun and thank me later.

Food was fantastic..no wait time that was definitely a plus. Our server named AURI was the best. They were out of 2 of their best cocktails so he went out of his way to meet our needs by suggesting other options. He made sure we had enough warm biscuits and the seafood was hot when it arrived to our table. I've had bad experiences at other Red Lobsters were the food is not cooked properly. Not at this one. Red lobster is on the comeback YALL. Endless shrimp and crab legs were perfect on my recently visit to the chain. My family and I ordered Brussel sprouts, broccoli, crab legs $20 Tuesdays) and endless shrimp. The shrimp scampi was on point to me, my mom enjoyed the Walt's famous shrimp and my sister loves the skewers. Service was good and it was packed in there YALL so our waitress did have a lot to do but she was okay. You can tell they might need a little more staff because like I said Red lobster is back. I also ordered a casamigo margarita which was extremely strong so I took two sips and let it go lol. Good job Red Lobster Oh yeah and cheddar biscuits are still bomb

It's the end of an era. Decided to have lunch at Red Lobster, since it will be permanently closing all their restaurants soon. For lunch time, it was pretty empty. No wait time, got seated right away, once we entered through the door. That never happened before during lunch time, in the years I've eaten here. I usually order the Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms, but decided on the Lobster Dip, and Mozzarella Sticks, I wasn't impressed with the dip. Others with me, ordered the Steak Lobster, told the entire meal tasted delicious. We were very much enjoying the food and each other company, we forgot to take pics. Overall, good experience, service was great, meal came with no delay. Sad to see Red Lob...

I recently came here on a Sunday afternoon. It was busy with a short wait but not as long as wait at other locations in the mall (that should have been a hint). I have been here before but it has been a while. We decided to go here to have something different that we didn 't do in a while, and it was not great. We were given 15 20 min wait time, and we were texted in about 20 minutes. The waitress we had was extremely nice, patient, and polite, but the service in the entire restaurant was super slow. It took about 15 20 mins just for our drinks. The drinks were also made inconsistent throughout the night so some were great, some were ok, and some were terrible (for the same drink margarita)....
